Description
Chauffe-eau électrique. La présente invention a pour objet un chauffe-eau électrique selon la revendication du brevet principal, comportant un deuxième réservoir d'eau communiquant avec le pre mier.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution du chauffe-eau selon l'invention, en coupe verticale partielle, destinée au chauffage de l'eau dans une ins tallation de chauffage central à circulation d'eau.
Ce chauffe-eau comporte un corps de chauffe électrique formé d'un support tubu laire 1 en matière réfractaire et d'une résis tance, par exemple un boudin en fil résistant, disposée dans un logement hélicoïdal s'éten dant le long de la paroi intérieure du sup port. Un réservoir creux 3 est logé à l'inté rieur du corps de chauffe et un réservoir 4 entoure ce corps. Les deux réservoirs commu niquent :entre eux par leurs parties supé rieures.
Comme on le voit sur le dessin, le corps de chauffe est entouré par l'eau sur toutes ses faces, à l'exception de sa face infé- rieure. Une tubulure 13, se divisant en trois branches 10, 11, 12 et une tubulure 14, per mettent de relier le chauffe-eau aux radia teurs :du chauffage central. Une enveloppe 5 entoure le réservoir extérieur et délimite un espace 8 qui peut être rempli de matière ca lorifuge, par exemple de la laine de verre. Des passages 15 et 16 sont ménagés à travers le réservoir extérieur pour les conducteurs d'amenées de courant à la résistance.
Le corps de chauffe et les réservoirs prennent appui sur une plaque réfractaire 19 reposant sur une masse réfractaire 20, dans laquelle sont noyées les tubulures 10, 11, 12, placée sur une base 18 en tôle d'acier soudée à une deuxième enveloppe 7 délimitant, avec l'enve loppe 5, un espace 6, qui peut être rempli ou non avec une matière calorifuge. Un cou vercle 17 est posé sur cette enveloppe et fixé à celle-ci.
Cette enveloppe peut avoir, en section droite, une forme carrée, circulaire ou exago- nale. Le support du corps de chauffe a, de préférence, une section droite intérieure et extérieure, de forme circulaire ou carrée. La. cavité 9 du réservoir intérieur 3 pourrait être reliée, au moyen de tubulures non repré sentées, d'une part, à une source d'alimenta tion en eau froide et, d'autre part, à un robi net de débit dans le but de fournir de l'eau chaude pour usage domestique. La même ca vité pourrait également contenir un second corps de chauffe.

The heating body and the reservoirs are supported on a refractory plate 19 resting on a refractory mass 20, in which the pipes 10, 11, 12 are embedded, placed on a base 18 of sheet steel welded to a second casing 7 delimiting , with the envelope 5, a space 6, which may or may not be filled with a heat-insulating material. A cover 17 is placed on this envelope and fixed to it.
This envelope may have, in cross section, a square, circular or exagonal shape. The support of the heating body preferably has an inner and outer cross section, of circular or square shape. The cavity 9 of the inner tank 3 could be connected, by means of pipes not shown, on the one hand, to a cold water supply source and, on the other hand, to a net flow tap in the. purpose of providing hot water for domestic use. The same cavity could also contain a second heating body.
