Description

  

  Mauerdübel     aus.thermoplastischem        Werkstoff.       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen  Mauerdübel aus     thermoplastischem    Werk  stuff, zweckmässig     aus    einem     Kunststoff    wie       Trolit    oder     Trolitul.    Erfindungsgemäss ver  jüngt sich die     Dübelbohrung        nach    dem in  die     Mauerlochtiefe    zu liegen kommenden  Ende zu.

   Die     Dübelwandung        ist    mit über  den Umfang     verteilten    Schlitzen     versehen.     welche sich von der an die     Mauerlochmün-          du        ng    zu     liegen    kommenden     Stelle    am einen  Ende des Dübels bis zu einem     abgerundeten     Kopf am andern Ende des     Dübels        erstrecken.     



  Auf     seinem    äussern Umfange ist der  Dübel     zweckmässig    derart abgesetzt, dass  mehrere sich     nach        dem    einen Ende zu ver  jüngende Teile     entstehen,

      wobei der grösste  Durchmesser jeder dieser Teile     annähernd     der     gleiche        ist.    Der Dübel trägt ferner vor  zugsweise an     seinem    an die     Mauerlochmün-          dung    zu liegen kommenden Ende einen       Flansch.    Es können     ausserdem    von diesem  Ende aus     ungefähr    bis zur     Mitte        ,des    Dübels  reichende Rippen     vorgesehen        sein,       Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    ,

  des     E.rfindungs-          gegenstandes        ist    auf der Zeichnung dar  gestellt, und zwar     zeigt:          Fig.    leinen     Längsschnitt    durch den  Mauerdübel,       Fig.    2 eine Ansicht     Jesselben,          Fig.    3     einen    Schnitt nach der Linie     a--a     der     Fig.    2.  



  Der Dübel     besteht        aue        thermoplastischem     Werkstoff, z. B.     Trolit    oder     Trolitul,        und    be  sitzt zwei nach der     Mauerlochtiefe    zu     sich     verjüngende Teile 1 und 2, so dass ein Ab  satz 3 gebildet     ist.    Der :grösste Durchmesser  der Teile 1, 2 ist     annähernd    derselbe.

   Der  Dübel endigt vorn in     einem        .abgerundeten     Kopf 4 und     besitzt    am     hintern    Ende     einen          Flansch    5.

       Dieser    Flansch 5 hat den Zweck,  den Mündungsrand des Mauerloches     abzu-          decken.    und vor allen     Dingen    zu verhindern,  dass beim Eindrehen der Schraube in den  Dübel dieser in das Mauerloch hinein  gedrückt wird,     wenn,    die Tiefe des Mauer  loches grösser ist als die     Dübellänge.    Die           Dübelbohrung    6 verjüngt .sich nach dem in  die     Mauerlochtiefe    zu liegen     kommenden     Ende des     Dübels.    Der Dübel ist mit     Längs-          schlitzen    7     versehen,

      die vom Flansch 5 bis  zu dem     abgerundeten    Kopf 4     reiehen.        Auf     dem äussern Umfang des Dübels befinden  sich Rippen 8, die sich vom Flansch 5 aus  ungefähr bis zur Mitte des Dübels     erslrechen.     infolge der     konischen        Bohrung    6 und des  Kopfes     -1-    und da. der Dübel aus     pla:

  sti.schein     Werkstoff     besteht,    ist es möglich, auch     i.ni     Durchmesser schwächere Schrauben,     sofern     sie     genügend    lang sind, in einem Dübel fest  zuhalten, der normalerweise für     ;tärhere     Schrauben bestimmt ist.

   Ferner wird ein       sicheres    Festsitzen des Dübels im     llaizerloeli          g        o        ewährleistet,        da        die        durch        .die        Schlitze        i     gebildeten Teile der     Dübelwandung    heim  Eindrehen einer     Schraube        aueeinander        ge-          drückt    werden.

   Dabei dringt der     Absal;z        'i     in die     Lochwandung    ein, wodurch der     Piibel     im     Mauerloch    verriegelt wird.
