Description
Presser foot for sewing machines, especially for darning, embroidering and weaving. The subject of the additional invention is a presser foot for sewing machines, in particular for darning, embroidery.
and Verwe ben according to the claim of the main patent, which is characterized in that the means for pressing the sole piece against the tissue to be processed are enclosed in a sleeve, and further that the shaft of the sole piece rotatable in the disengaged position in the guide member attached driver is formed from resilient.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown in supernatural size, and. 1 from the front, with the lower part of the guide of the shaft being cut, and in FIG. 2 from above with cut presser and needle bars.
The bushing 1 encompassing the pressing rod 2 and fastened to the same with a screw 3 carries a guide element 4 for the shaft 5 of the sole piece 6.
This guide consists of a sleeve, in the upper part of which the shaft is guided and the lower part of which has a clearance opposite the shaft to accommodate a helical spring 7, by means of which the sole piece is pressed downwards. Above is the spring at the lower end 8 of the guide and below on a one-piece approach 9 with the sole piece is supported.
The guide member has at the top a transversely continuous slot 10 which leads vertically downwards and which is in the order of magnitude of approximately one tenth of a millimeter outside the center plane of the sleeve passing through the shaft age. The shaft 5 is pierced in the direction of the slot. This hole carries a pin 11, which when. Rising and falling of the shaft in the slot 10 glides and thus secures the shaft against rotation. Since the slot is open at the top, the shaft can be lifted so far that the pin can be lifted out of the guide member.
In this position, the shaft can be rotated and held as a result of the support of the pin on the upper edge of the guide organ. Even if you turn it 180, the pen cannot. be drawn more into the slot because the center lines of the slot and pin are shifted from one another, since they are not in the center plane of the guide organ. Because with -is guaranteed by holding up the shaft easy assembly and disassembly. 12 is an im. upper, protruding from the guide member, be fastened driver, consisting of a ge bent piece of spring steel.
The lower, free end of the same serves as a stop on an attachment 13 attached to the needle bar 14 by means of a clamping ring 15.
