Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Nitrofarbstoffes    der     Azinreihe.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Nitro-          farbstoffes    der     Azinreihe,    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man 1- N -     Benzoyl    -     n    -     butyl      i     amino-4-aminobenzol    mit     1-Chlor-2,6-dinitro-          benzol-4-.sulfonsäure        kondensiert,    das gebil  dete Kondensationsprodukt zur     2',

  6'-Diamino-          4-        (N-benzoyl-n-butylamino)--diphenylamin-          4'-sulfonsäure    reduziert und     diese    mit 2,4,6  Trinitro-l-chlorbenzol kondensiert.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein wasser  lösliches,     schwarzbraunes,    Pulver, das Wolle  und Seide in vollen gedeckten Brauntönen  von guter     Walk-,    Schweiss-, Seewasser-,  Bügel- und Lichtechtheit färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  26,8 Teile     1-N-Benzoyl-n-butylamino-4-          aminobenzol    werden in analoger Weise wie  im Hauptpatent beschrieben mit 29 Teilen       1-Chlor-2,6-dinitrobenzol-4-sulfonsäure    kon  densiert, und das     Kondensationsprodukt    wird  zu der entsprechenden     Aminoverbindung    re  duziert. 50 Teile des     Natriumsalzes    dieser         Aminoverbindung    werden dann mit 24,8 Tei  len     2,4,6-Trinitro-l-chlorbenzol    in gleichfalls  dem Beispiel des     Hauptpatentes    entsprechen  der     Weise    kondensiert.

   Hierauf wird der  gebildete Farbstoff abgeschieden und ge  trocknet.
