Description

  

  Griff mit aus keramischem Werkstoff bestehendem Griffkörper.    Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf Griffe,  insbesondere auf Herdgriffe, mit einem Griff  körper aus keramischem Werkstoff, an dem  ein metallischer     Befestigungsteil    angebracht  ist. Bisher hat man die Verbindung zwischen  dem keramischen Griffkörper und dem me  tallischen Befestigungsmittel durch     Kitten     hergestellt, wobei sich Jedoch gezeigt hat,  dass dies keine auf die Dauer im Betrieb zu  verlässige Verbindung ergibt.  



  Bei dem Griff nach der Neuerung     ist    zwi  schen dem keramischen Griffkörper und dem       metallischen    Befestigungsmittel eine Glasur  schiebt angebracht, welche die Teile fest mit  einander verbindet. Hierbei ist es vorteilhaft,  wenn der Metallteil an der von der Glasur  schicht berührten Fläche     aufgerauht    ist. Eine  noch bessere     Abbindung    zwischen der Glasur  schiebt und dem Metallteil erhält man dann,  wenn man den Metallteil an der von der       Glasurschicht    berührten Fläche mit einer         Ogydschicht    versieht.

   Eine solche     Ogyd-          schieht    wirkt als Zwischenschicht ausglei  chend hinsichtlich des     Wärmeausdehnungs-          verhaltens    der miteinander zu verbindenden  Teile. Überdies ergibt die Zwischenschicht  eine vollkommene     Abbindung    zwischen der  Glasur und dem Metallteil.  



  Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    zeigt die Zeich  nung; a ist der     Metallteil,    dessen     aufgerauh-          tes    Ende b     in    eine     Öffnung    des keramischen  Griffkörpers c eingeführt ist. Zwischen dem  Ende b des     Metallteils        a    und dem kerami  schen Griffkörper c ist     die        Glasurschicht    d  eingebracht. Vorteilhaft ist der     Teil    b des  Metallteils a überdies mit einer     Ogydschiclht     überzogen.

   Aus- der Vielzahl bekannter Gla  suren mit unterschiedlichem     Wärmedeh-          nungsverhalten    wird jeweils eine solche aus  gewählt, deren     Wärmedehnung    mit der der  zu verbindenden Teile möglichst überein  stimmt.

   Such an Ogyd layer acts as an intermediate layer to compensate for the thermal expansion behavior of the parts to be connected to one another. In addition, the intermediate layer creates a perfect bond between the glaze and the metal part.



  An embodiment shows the drawing voltage; a is the metal part whose roughened end b is inserted into an opening in the ceramic handle body c. The glaze layer d is introduced between the end b of the metal part a and the ceramic handle body c. In addition, part b of metal part a is advantageously coated with an Ogydschiclht.

   From the large number of known glazes with different thermal expansion behavior, one is selected in each case whose thermal expansion corresponds as closely as possible to that of the parts to be connected.
