Description

Small frameless construction that can be quickly assembled and dismantled. The invention relates to a small frameless construction which can be quickly assembled and dismantled, consisting of simple elements, easy to assemble and very small in size, which facilitates their transport.

For this purpose, its roof and its walls are made up of elements, in the form of panels, these panels being connected to each other at the junction of the walls and the roof and the two sides of the roof, by parts. elbows forming an extension of the panels, the outer ends of the roof panels exceeding the elbows connecting them to the walls to constitute water discharges.

According to an exemplary embodiment, on one side the straight part of each panel is extended by a bent part which is integral with it and which fits, at the ridge, in the bent part of the panel situated opposite.

A bent part, which may form an integral part of the panel, comprises at least one transverse rib in the bent part, said ribs being horizontal when the construction is erected and forming as many additional nests near the ridge.

According to another exemplary embodiment, the straight parts of the panels and the elbows can be separated. The straight parts are suitable for being used both for the walls and for the sides of the roof, while the bent parts serve to connect said straight parts of the walls and of the roof to one another and those of the roof sides to each other at the ridge. .

The attached schematic drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments and a variant of the subject of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a side view of a flat panel, with a bent part.

Fig. 2, in elevation and on a larger scale, shows the assembly of three elements together.

Fig. 3 in elevation, a transverse view of a small construction. Fig. 4 and 5 are, in an alternative embodiment, profile views of the two constituent parts of a panel.

Fig. 6, on a larger scale, shows the assembly of these two parts.

Fig. 7 is, in elevation, a transverse view of a small construction according to this variant of execution.

Fig. 8 shows another variant of execution of the bands of FIGS. 4 to 7.

As shown in the drawing, the small construction consists of a number of elements, according to fig. 1, formed of a panel a, in the shape of a rectangle and one of the ends of which forms an elbow b.

The angled end of the panels assigned to the construction of the walls is placed at the top and turned so that their edge c is inside the construction.

The panels assigned to the construction of the roof are assembled together by their bent part b which fit together, thus constituting a reinforced ridge.

The angled ends of the walls are then assembled to the roof panels and the construction is thus assembled. The assembly of the walls to the roof can also be done before that of the ridge.

This assembly of the elements between them is carried out by bolts and nuts or keys. The bent end b of each element comprises, in addition, one or more ribs d (two in the case of the drawing) intended to facilitate the shaping of the butted sheet, and to constitute additional sockets at the ridge. facilitating assembly and strengthening the assembly.

It is obvious that the length of the construction depends only on the width of the panels and the number of elements assembled one after the other.

In addition, it should be noted that by having elements of different panel height, it is possible, by combining them, to achieve constructions of different height and width. Thus, having two series of panels of different lengths, it is possible to carry out four constructions of different dimensions: either walls and roof in small elements, or walls and roof in large elements, or walls in large elements and roof in small elements, that is, finally, walls in small elements and roof in large elements.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 4 to 8, the angled part b of each element is separated from the actual panel a. These bent parts can be of flat surface (fig. 4 to î) or, like the panels a, of corrugated profile (fig. 8).

Moreover, at the time of each dismantling, the bent and straight parts can be completely dismantled, or else only along one of the sides of the neck part. When this is so, on the side where the grip is kept, the bolts and nuts can be replaced, for example, by rivets. The bent parts placed at the ridge can also be formed by the extension of the straight parts of the panels.

These panels, preferably in pressed metal sheet, can also be in molded material, such as fiber cement and of any suitable profile, flat or ribbed and in particular corrugated.
