Description

         

  Scharnier für Fenster und Türen.    Die     Erfindung    betrifft ein     Scharnier    für  Fenster und Türen mit axial verschiebbarem       Scharnierstift.    und besteht darin, dass der       8charnierstift    durch ein seitlich an ihm an  greifendes Organ zwangsläufig hin und her  verschiebbar ist.  



  Auf der Zeichnung, die ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darstellt, ist       Fig.    1 ein Längsschnitt des Scharniers und       Fig.    2 ein Horizontalschnitt nach Linie       II-II    der     Fig.    1.  



  Das     Beschlägeband    1 besitzt im Abstand  übereinander zwei durch Einrollen des Bandes  gebildete Büchsen 2 und 3, von denen die  obere, 3, doppelt so hoch ist wie die untere, 2.  Das winkelförmige     Beschlägeband    4 weist  zwischen den     Büchsen    2 und 3 eine Büchse  5 für den     Scharnierstift    6 auf, welcher in der  Büchse 3 vertikal verschiebbar ist. In seiner  untern Endstellung ragt er mit dem untern  Ende von oben in die Büchse 2, die unten  durch einen Zapfen 7 geschlossen ist.

   An seinem  obern Teil trägt der Stift 6 eine     tangential     an seinem     L?mfangszylindermantel    anschlie-         ssende    Längsleiste 8, die seitwärts     durch    einen  Spalt zwischen dem ebenen Bandflügel 1 und  dem Rand der Büchse 3     hindurchragt    und  mit einer Verzahnung 8' versehen ist. In diese  Verzahnung greift ein Zahnrädchen 9, das je  mit einem Zapfenansatz 10 einerseits im Band  1     und    anderseits in einer Deckplatte 11  drehbar gelagert ist. Die Deckplatte 11 ist  an einem Winkel 12 befestigt, dessen einer  Schenkel zwischen das Band 1 und die Deck  platte 11 ragt und als Distanzstück zwischen  diesen beiden Teilen dient.

   Dieser     Schenkel     weist zur     Aufnahme    des Zahnrädchens 9     eine          Ausnehmung    13 auf. Zum Drehen des Zahn  rädchens ist in demselben eine     viereckige,    durch  gehende Bohrung 14 vorhanden, in die ein  Steckschlüssel gesteckt werden kann.     Statt          einer    vier- (oder drei-) eckigen Bohrung     kann     der innere Zapfen des Rädchens auch     nur     eine oder     mehrere        Vertiefungen    oder einen  Schlitz aufweisen, so dass zum Drehen des  Rädchens ein besonders passendes Werkzeug  oder ein Schraubenzieher benützt werden  muss.

        Durch Drehen des Rädchens 9     kann    der  Stift aus seiner untern     Endstellung    in die  obere, in     Fig.    1 durch strichpunktierte Linien  angedeutete, durch den untersten     verlängerten     Zahn 8a' beim     Anstossen    am Rädchen 9 be  grenzte Stellung geschoben  -erden.     Dadurch     wird die Büchse 5 des Bandes 4     seitwärts     frei, so dass selbst schwerste, mit     demselben     ausgerüstete Fenster- oder Türflügel leicht  weggenommen werden können.  



  Die Zahnleiste könnte auch in     einer    Längs  nut des     Scharnierstiftes    eingelassen sein.  Das beschriebene Scharnier ist vornehm  lieh für Faltfenster und     Falttüren        bestimmt,     doch kann es unter     -Umstünden        auch    bei     mehr-          teiligen        Sehiebefenster$ügeln    oder andern Fen  stern und Türen angewendet werden.

  The fitting band 1 has at a distance one above the other two sleeves 2 and 3 formed by rolling the band, of which the upper, 3, is twice as high as the lower, 2.    On its upper part, the pin 6 carries a longitudinal strip 8 which is tangentially adjoining its lantern cylinder jacket and which protrudes sideways through a gap between the flat band wing 1 and the edge of the sleeve 3 and is provided with a toothing 8 '. A toothed wheel 9 engages in this toothing and is rotatably mounted with a pin attachment 10 on the one hand in the band 1 and on the other hand in a cover plate 11. The cover plate 11 is attached to an angle 12, one leg of which protrudes between the band 1 and the cover plate 11 and serves as a spacer between these two parts.

   This leg has a recess 13 for receiving the toothed wheel 9. To turn the tooth wheel is in the same a square, through hole 14 available into which a socket wrench can be inserted. Instead of a square (or triangular) hole, the inner pin of the wheel can also have only one or more depressions or a slot, so that a particularly suitable tool or a screwdriver must be used to turn the wheel.
