Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoifes.       Es     wurde        gefunden,    dass man einen  neuen     Azofarbstoff        erhält,    wenn man den       Farbstoff    aus     diazotiertem    1- Amine - 4     -          methyl    - 2 -     nitrobenzol        und        3-Methyl-5-pyr-          azolon    mit     sulfonierenden        Mitteln    behandelt,

    so dass eine     Sulfonsäuregruppe    in das     Farb-          stoffmolekül    eintritt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff     bildet    ein gelbes       Pulver,    das sich in     Wasser    mit gelber Farbe  löst und     Acetatkunstseide        aus        wässriger    Lö  sung in gelben Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20     Teile    des     Farbstoffes,    den man er  hält     @durch    Vereinigen von     diazotiertem          1-Amino-4-methyl-2-nitrobenzol    mit     3-Me-          thyl-5-pyrazolon,    werden bei 30   in 200 Teile  einer<B>60%</B>     S03-haltigen    Schwefelsäure ein  getragen.     Man        steigert    die Temperaturlang  sam auf etwa 40   und     rührt    während 8 bis  10 Stunden.

       Nachdem    eine Probe des Farb  stoffes in     Wasser        .löslich    ist, wird die Masse  auf Eiswasser ausgetragen und der Farb-         stoff        abfiltriert.    Der     Farbstoff    wird hier  auf     mit        Wasser        angerührt    und mit     einem     Alkali     neutralisiert    und     gegebenenfalls        aus-          gesalzen.     



  Der trockene Farbstoff     bildet    ein     gelbes     Pulver, das     sissh    in Wasser mit gelber Farbe  löst und     Acetatkunstseide    aus     wässriger    Lö  sung in gelben Tönen färbt.
