Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die Diazoverbin- dung von 1-Amino-2-methoxy-5-(di-n-butyl- aminosulfonyl)-benzol mit 2-Oxy-6-(diäthyl- aminosulfonyl)-naphthalin kuppelt. <I>Beispiel:</I> 15,7 Gewichtsteile 1-Amino-2-methogy- 5-(.di-n-butylaminosulfonyl)-benzol werden in der üblichen Weise diazotiert. Hierauf versetzt man die Diazolösung zur Bindung der überschüssigen Mineralsäure mit Na triumacetat und rührt sie in eine Lösung von 14,0 Gewichtsteilen 2-Oxy-6-(diäthylamino- sulfonyl)-naphthalin in verdünnter Natron lauge ein. Nach Beendigung der Kupplung wird der entstandene Farbstoff abfiltriert, gilt ausgewaschen und getrocknet. Er stellt ein gelbrotes Pulver dar, das sieh in Äthylalkohol, Essigester, Aceton und andern organischen Lösungsmitteln leicht mit gelbroter Farbe löst und Celluloseester- lacke in lebhaften und echten gelbroten Tönen färbt.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Amino-2- methoxy- 5 -(di-n-butylaminosulfonyl)-benzol mit 2-Oxy-6-(diäthylaminosulfonyl)-naph- thalin kuppelt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein gelb rotes Pulver dar, das sich in Äthylalkohol, Essigester, Aceton und andern organischen Lösungsmitteln leicht mit gelbroter Farbe löst und Cellulos;eesterlacke in lebhaften und echten gelbroten Tönen färbt.
