Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines harzartigen Kondensationsproduktes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines harzartigen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die Methylolverbindung des Melamins mit Ogalsäure umsetzt.
Das so erhaltene harzartige Kondensa tionsprodukt ist farblos, durchsichtig und äusserst hart.
<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>31,5</B> Teile Melamin werden in etwa 150 Teilen 30%iger Formaldehydlösung, die mit Soda neutralisiert wurde, in der Wärme gelöst. Zu der abgekühlten Lösung gibt man unter Rühren allmählich eine Lösung von 30 Teilen Ogalsäure in 200 Teilen Wasser zu und dampft die erhaltene Lösung bei etwa <B>80-90'</B> C ein. Darauf erhitzt man noch einige Zeit auf Temperaturen über<B>100'</B> C.

The resinous condensation product obtained in this way is colorless, transparent and extremely hard.
<I> Example: </I> <B> 31.5 </B> parts of melamine are dissolved in about 150 parts of 30% formaldehyde solution, which has been neutralized with soda, in the heat. A solution of 30 parts of ogalic acid in 200 parts of water is gradually added to the cooled solution with stirring, and the resulting solution is evaporated at about 80-90 ° C.
