Description

       Fig.    1     bis.   <B>3</B> stellen drei Ausführungs-      formen für die erfindungsgemässe Ausbil  dung eines     Kolbens,    schaubildlich     dar;          Fig.        3a    zeigt eine Draufsicht auf die  Abwicklung des Aussenmantels des Kolbens  nach     Fig.    3;       Fig.    4 zeigt in     schematischer    Darstellung,  wie parallel     aneina.nde.rgereilite    Kolben sich  bei ihrer Bewegung zwischen     gewellten     Wänden verhalten;

         Fig.    5 zeigt im     Axialschnitt    eine Ma  schine, bei der die Erfindung angewendet ist;       Fig.    6 ist ein Querschnitt zu     Fig.    5;       Fig.    7 zeigt die Kolben der Maschine  nach     Fig.    5 von oben gesehen;       Fig.    8 zeigt schematisch in Draufsicht  mehrere (zwei)     aneinandergereihte    zwei  stufige Kolben, wobei die     Schraubungen    der  Stufen jedes Kolbens in gleichem Sinne ver  laufen;

         Fig. 9 zeigt schematisch in Draufsicht mehrere (zwei) zweistufige Kolben, wobei die Schraubungen der Stufen jedes Kolben entgegengesetzt zueinander verlaufen, wäh rend Fig. 10 in Draufsicht die Anordnung von Kolben zeigt, deren wirksame Kolbenflächen in axialer Richtung so versetzt sind, dass mehrere axial zueinander versetzte Arbeits räume gebildet werden.

  Piston set in piston machines working according to the screw piston principle. The invention relates to pistons for screw piston machines, such as such ylaschinen, for example, according to the Swiss patent. No. 205991 are known. These machines are designed in a known manner so that there are screw pistons between two guide end pieces.

  These screw pistons lie next to one another in the circumferential direction. If they are now taken along by the shaft, they rotate in their entirety, but are moved against one another by the forced guidance between the inclined end pieces. Through these axial relative movements of the pistons, the space-changing effect between two of them is achieved: it is clear from this that a machine operating on the screw piston principle must contain at least two screw pistons. The characteristic of a screw piston is that it cannot be used individually.

           However, it is now also possible to replace the helical surface of these pistons with differently designed surfaces, namely with flat surfaces, without any change in the way the machines work. From this: the possibility is derived of creating pistons that are particularly easy to manufacture.

   Accordingly, the invention now consists in the fact that, in the case of the pistons of the present piston set, which lie between two guide end pieces and when they are rotated, the axis of the piston set is actuated by these guide pieces so that the size of the piston located between the screw pistons changes Working spaces is brought about, which are designed as flat surfaces for the work equipment effective surfaces.

  The invention is explained in the following with spiel.sweiee with reference to the accompanying drawing.

       Fig. 1 to. <B> 3 </B> show three embodiments for the inventive design of a piston, diagrammatically; 3a shows a plan view of the development of the outer casing of the piston according to FIG. 3; 4 shows in a schematic representation how pistons which are parallel to one another behave when they move between corrugated walls;

         Fig. 5 shows in axial section a Ma machine in which the invention is applied; Fig. 6 is a cross-section to Fig. 5; Figure 7 shows the pistons of the machine of Figure 5 seen from above; Fig. 8 shows schematically in plan view several (two) lined up two stepped pistons, the screwing of the steps of each piston running in the same sense ver;

         Fig. 9 shows schematically in plan view several (two) two-stage pistons, the screwing of the steps of each piston running opposite to each other, while Fig. 10 shows the arrangement of pistons in plan view, the effective piston surfaces are offset in the axial direction so that several axially offset working spaces are formed.

  A piston shape in which the effective piston surfaces are each available from a flat surface be, is shown in Fig. 1, according to wel cher the flat piston surfaces i are placed at an angle to the piston axis k. In a sol chen piston according to FIG. 1, the effective piston surfaces for the promotion correspond to the axial projection of the surfaces i. The effective seed piston areas are therefore the same size as the cross-sectional area 1 of a guide segment f.

  If the work process to be carried out requires more than two pistons, the piston surfaces of the guide segments must be correspondingly smaller.

  A particularly simple piston shape is obtained when the effective piston areas may be smaller than the cross-sectional areas of the guide pieces f. Then according to Fig.? the piston surfaces, which are denoted by n here, are placed perpendicular to the piston axis k. The piston surfaces ii of the piston according to FIG. are equal to a quarter of the ring area between the housing and the shaft. They could also be grounded any smaller or larger. but only that big.

    that the web r., between the guide pieces f remains sufficiently dimensioned for the strength of the piston.

  Several pistons of the design according to the invention can be conveniently put together to form a multiple-acting piston, for example for use in double or triple pumps and other devices, by making a corresponding number of pistons of any shape into one piece. to one another, to be joined.

  In the embodiment of FIG. 3 acts. It is a double piston in which a right-hand piston is joined with a left-hand piston, namely the right-hand piston in both FIG. 3 and FIG. 3a with o and the left-hand piston with 1i.

   The diagrammatic representation of FIG. 3 is supplemented by the aforementioned FIG. 3 a, which shows a plan view of the development of the outer jacket of the piston according to FIG. 3. From FIG. 3a, the right-hand screw o and the left-hand screw p can be seen; In addition, the right and left screwing Ver course of the piston o and p is also indicated schematically in Fig. 3a in dash-dotted lines.

  The ring surfaces of the guide segments in these pistons are one third, the effective piston surfaces one sixth of the ring surfaces between the housing and the shaft.

       Instead of only two pistons, three or more pistons can also be joined together in this way if the shape is appropriate. Pistons of this type can, as in Fig. indicated, provided with longitudinal holes q to guide lubricant or coolant. Fig. 4 shows how pistons formed according to the invention behave when they are moved between corrugated walls. The pistons r form spaces s and t between the facing working surfaces, which then,

   when the pistons are moved along the corrugated walls b in the direction of the arrow shown, they become larger and smaller alternately. The small interspaces s, increasing in size, wander under the inlet openings E, so that a suction effect occurs there, while the larger interspaces t move past under the outlets A in a decreasing manner, so that a pressure effect arises there.

  In the machine according to Fig. 5 to 7 u end pieces v with facing, level NEN, parallel end surfaces are in the lead of the machine housing net angeord, which act as inclined walls on the two pistons r1 and r.-, the latter on the common, drive shaft w axially displaceable ver, but prevented from rotating with respect to the shaft, sit.

  When the shaft zv rotates, the pistons r, and r2 are pushed back and forth between the facing surfaces of the end pieces v, but with such a phase shift that the space between the facing working surfaces of the pistons is within the circumferential zone expands, in which it faces inlet E, and narrows in the zone in which it is located under outlet A.

  The embodiment according to FIG. 8 shows a piston set consisting of two multi-stage pistons F and G, which their side have arisen from the joining of two single-stage screwed pistons screwed in the same direction; the single stage pistons of piston F are, with F 'and. F ″ and their screwing directions are indicated in FIG. 8 by dash-dotted oblique lines 1 and 2.

  The exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9 shows a piston set consisting of two multi-stage pistons <I> H </I> and <I> J, </I> which, on their part, are each created from the joining of two counter-screwed single-stage screw pistons; the single-stage pistons of the piston <I> H </I> are designated with <I> H '</I> and <I> H "</I> and their screwing directions s: ncl in FIG. 9 by dash-dotted oblique lines 3 and 4 indicated.

  Finally, Fig. 10 shows another embodiment of screw pistons, the effective piston surfaces for the promotion are offset in the axial direction so that each of the three working spaces enclosed by the piston is located in a different plane perpendicular to the axis, compare the in 10 levels indicated by dash-dotted lines 5, 6 and 7.
