Screw connection for rods that meet at an angle on projection frames, shelves, tables, chairs and the like. The subject of the present invention is a visual connection for angularly coinciding @ rods on projection frames, shelves, tables, chairs and the like.,:
which is characterized by the fact that two round pins are connected to one another by a connecting tube so that the drilling for the connecting screw in one pin runs longitudinally and is threaded and in the second pin runs transversely to its longitudinal axis and has no thread and @that the pin with the threaded hole in the longitudinal axis has a recess at its front end,
into which the second pin fits with its roundness.
The connecting screw can be designed as a standing beam with wing nuts or as a wing head screw. The pins can be made of wood, metal and the like. Be inserted into pipes. Likewise, the pegs can expediently be provided with a pipe reinforcement, for example made of metal, for solidification.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in several exemplary embodiments.
It shows: Fig. 1 a very screw connection for two rods with .stehbolzen and wing nut cut in elevation, Fig. 2 section through a pin with a pipe reinforcement at the connection point, Fig. 3 a .Side view of Fig. 1 ge cut, but with Wing head,
screw and Fig. 4 a dust connection for three rods in elevation cut with, three Zap fen, of which, the, vertical is extended and serves as a foot, without the associated visual screws.
According to FIGS. 1 and 3, 1 and 3 are two rods that are connected to one another and designed as tubes. 2 is the pin inserted in the pipe end of 1 with, the transverse bore for the connecting screw, which is formed out of Fig. I as a stud bolt 5 with wing nut f> and after Fig. 3 as a wing head screw 5 '.
4 is the pin inserted in that pipe end of 3, which has a hole in its longitudinal axis, which the thread for the connecting screw 5 respectively. 5 'included. To compensate for the rounding is under the wing nut 6, respectively. A 5 "washer is attached to the head of the connecting tube.
According to FIG. 2, 1 'is a round rod which is full over its entire length and which at its end forms the pin 2' which is offset and reinforced by a pipe piece 1 ".
Fig. 4 shows a connection in which three mutually perpendicular tubes meet. With 1, 2, 3, 4 the same parts as in Fig. 1 are designated, on the other hand, the pin 2 is lengthened so much that it can accommodate a threaded hole 10 in addition to the transverse hole 9 for connecting a third pipe end 7 to be attached Pin 8 perpendicular to the others, with the further -% '"connecting tube being inserted through the transverse bore 10' in 7, 8.
At the same time the tube i with the pin 8 is extended to a foot beyond the end 1, 9 decided horizontally for this purpose.
In all embodiments, the pin having the threaded hole in its longitudinal axis has a recess at its front end into which the other pin fits with its roundness.
