Beutelverschluss. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Beutel verschluss, bei welchem die Beutelöffnung durch Zusammenfalten der entsprechenden Endendes Beutels verschlossen ist.
Erfindungsgemäss ist zur Sicherung des Verschlusses eine Klammer rittlings über das zusammengefaltete Ende des Beutels gesteckt, wobei das eine Ende des einen Schenkels der Klammer umgebogen ist und über den innern Rand des umgebogenen Endes greift, damit sich die Klammer nicht selbsttätig vom Beu tel lösen kann.
In der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungs beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes ver anschaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt im Aufriss den Verschluss eines gewöhnlichen Papierbeutels, zum Bei spiel zur Verpackung von Gebäck oder andern Esswaren.
Fig. 2 zeigt in grösserem Massstabe einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1. Fig. ä und 4 veranschaulichen in Seiten ansicht zwei Varianten der Verschlussklam- mer. Die 'Öffnung des Papierbeutels 5 ist durch mehrfaches Zusammenfalten der Enden ver schlossen.
Zur Sicherung dieses Verschlusses ist rittlings über das zusammengefaltete Ende des Beutels eine schlaufenförmige Klammer 6 gesteckt, die vorteilhaft aus einem Metallstreifen gewonnen wird und zwei federnde Schenkel 6' bezw. 6" aufweist, deren freie Enden durch einen breiten Schlitz 7 voneinander getrennt sind, wobei der Schen kel 6' bei 8 nach innen umgebogen ist. Das zusammengefaltete Ende des Beutels wird durch den Schlitz 7 oder seitlich in die Klam mer eingeführt, wie besonders aus Fig. 2 er sichtlich, wobei das umgebogene Ende 8 des Schenkels 6' über den untern Rand des ge falteten Teils 5' des Beutels greift.
Damit wird erreicht, dass die Verschluss- klamaner 6, deren Schenkel sich beidseitig leicht federnd gegen den gefalteten Teil 5' anlegen und so den Verschluss sichern, sich nicht selbsttätig vom Beutel lösen kann, da der untere Rand des gefalteten Teils 5' dem umgebogenen Ende 8 der Klammer Halt bie- tet. Daraus ergibt sieh, dass die Klammer eventuell als Tragbügel oder Traghaken aus gebildet sein könnte.
Damit der Beutel geöffnet werden kann, wird die Klammer seitlich vom gefalteten Teil 5' abgestreift.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Variante der Verschluss- klammer, 'bei welcher das freie Ende des Schenkels 6' rechtwinklig abgebogen ist.
Fig. 4 veranschaulicht eine Variante, nach welcher die Verachlussklammer aus einem Draht gefertigt und das freie Ende des Schenkels 6' zu einem Ring 8" umgebogen ist.
Die Verschlussklammer könnte auch aus Zelluloid oder irgendeinem andern geeigneten Natur- oder Kunststoff hergestellt sein.
Bag closure. The subject of the invention is a bag closure in which the bag opening is closed by folding the corresponding ends of the bag.
According to the invention, a clamp is placed astride the folded end of the bag to secure the closure, one end of one leg of the clamp being bent over and engaging over the inner edge of the bent end so that the clamp cannot automatically detach itself from the bag.

Fig. 1 shows in elevation the closure of an ordinary paper bag, for example for packaging pastries or other edibles.
2 shows, on a larger scale, a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1. FIGS. 1 and 4 illustrate two variants of the locking clip in a side view. The 'opening of the paper bag 5 is closed ver by folding the ends several times.
To secure this closure, a loop-shaped clip 6 is stuck astride the folded end of the bag, which is advantageously obtained from a metal strip and has two resilient legs 6 'respectively. 6 ", the free ends of which are separated from one another by a wide slot 7, the leg 6 'being bent inward at 8. The folded end of the bag is inserted through the slot 7 or laterally into the clip, as shown in particular Fig. 2 he clearly, with the bent end 8 of the leg 6 'over the lower edge of the GE folded part 5' of the bag engages.
This ensures that the closure clamper 6, the legs of which are slightly resilient on both sides against the folded part 5 'and thus secure the closure, cannot automatically detach from the bag because the lower edge of the folded part 5' is the bent end 8 the bracket provides support. This shows that the bracket could possibly be designed as a support bracket or support hook.
So that the bag can be opened, the clip is stripped off the side of the folded part 5 '.
3 shows a variant of the locking clip, in which the free end of the leg 6 'is bent at right angles.
4 illustrates a variant according to which the locking clip is made from a wire and the free end of the leg 6 'is bent over to form a ring 8 ".
The locking clip could also be made of celluloid or any other suitable natural or plastic.
