Description

Fish tape on doors, windows and other devices having a pivoting sash. Fish straps on doors, windows, etc. have been hung up to this day without exception in such a way that the hinge parts with the pivot pins on the feed frame and the hinge parts with the pivot sockets were provided on the sash. With this arrangement, the wings always had to be unhooked for lubrication, and liquid lubricants such as 51e could not remain effective for long, as the latter could flow downwards.

The present invention relates to a fish tape on doors, windows and the like, in which, in contrast to the previous constructions, the hinge pin having the hinge part on the wing and the hinge part having the hinge socket is attached to the feed frame. The pivot pin and the. The joint socket is supported against each other by a ball bearing. In this arrangement, the cavity of the joint socket is open at the top, and .er is therefore able to permanently hold lubricating oils brought into it, with the pivot pin located in it dipping into the lubricating fluid.

Re-oiling is always possible without hanging out the wing.

In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a view of a fish strap attached to a window, partly in section through the hinge nose, FIG. 2 shows a section along line I-I in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a side view of FIG.

4, which the joint socket have the hinge part, partly in an asial section, and FIG. 5 - the hinge pin has the hinge part, partly in an asial section.

The fish strap shown has the strap part 1 to be attached to the feed frame R with a joint socket 2 open at the top and the strap part 3 to be attached to the casement F with a pivot pin 4 pointing downwards. Both parts are injection molded pieces made of relatively soft metal, such as zinc, bronze, aluminum alloy, etc. The joint pin 4 receiving Ge joint socket 2 has a steel liner 5 and a steel ball 6 in the middle of the socket base. The pivot pin 4 engaging in the socket 2 has.

centrally at its lower end also a sprinkled steel ball 7, which can be supported on the steel ball 6 taking the weight of the wing F on. Both band parts 1, 3 each have a perpendicular to the joint axis mounting pin 8 respectively. 9, which pin with a longitudinal slot 10 are provided.

The band parts 1, 3 also have a parallel to the fastening pin 8 respectively. 9 running bore 11 respectively. 12 for an additional, locking screw against Ver rotation 13 respectively. 1.1 on. 15 is a 3larkierungsbohrung the pivot pin 4, which is at the same height as the axis of the fastening pin 8 of the hinge part 1 when the fish tape is put together. 16 and 17 are fastening pins.

The attachment of fish strings at the locations described is done in the following way: First, the strap parts 3 intended for the sash frame are attached, for which purpose only a hole of approx.

In these holes, the fastening pins 9 of the hinge parts 3 are hammered and then the fastening pins 17 are hammered into the sash through the slots 10 of the fastening pins 9, so that the slots 10 are driven out of each other and thereby a thickening and jamming of the fastening pin 9 in the holes of the Sash is achieved.

Now the casement F is fitted into the lining frame R and torn with means of a nail or the like through the hole 15, the mark for the mounting holes to be drilled in the lining frame R. Then these holes are drilled and in the same way, the band parts 1 are hammered and pins 16 fixed by means of the fastening. The insertion of the additional fastening screws 13, 14 can take place before or after the pins 16, 17 are driven in.

This method of attaching the fish straps does not offer the slightest difficulty and ensures that the strap parts fit exactly into one another, especially with regard to the support provided by the steel balls, which causes the straps to move very easily, especially with large wings.

The fish tapes described are designed so that one and the same tape can be used for left and right wings. The slots 10 can also be toothed.
