Description

  

  Schneeschleuder mit mindestens einer quer zur Fahrtrichtung angeordneten       Schleuderwalze    und einem dieser zugeordneten     Auswurfkanal.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneeschleu  der mit mindestens einer quer zur Fahrt  richtung angeordneten     Schleuderwalze    und  einem dieser zugeordneten     Auswurfkanal.     



  Diese Schneeschleuder zeichnet sich er  findungsgemäss dadurch aus,     .dass    die Schleu  derwalze einen doppelkegelförmigen Walzen  körper mit von aussen nach der Mitte schräg  zur Achse verlaufenden Greiforganen auf  weist, die bei konstantem Aussendurchmesser  mit ihrem Innendurchmesser .an die Kegel  form des Walzenkörpers angepasst sind.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge  stellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Schleuderwalze der  Schneeschleuder in Ansicht,       Fig.    2 eine solche in einem     achsialen     Längsschnitt,       F".    3 eine solche mit verzahnten     Schnek-          ken    im     Querschnitt    und         Fig.    4 eine Schneeschleuder mit vorge  bauter Schleuderwalze.  



  Die     in        Fig.    1 dargestellte Schleuderwalze  hat einen Walzenkörper mit zwei     seitlichen,     mit ihrer grösseren Basis voneinander abge  wendeten kegelförmigen Teilen 1 und einem  mittleren     zylindrischen    Teil 2     sowie,    je eine  mehrgängige Transportschnecke 3 auf bei  den     Kegelteilen    und     Schneeauswurfschaufeln     4 auf dem mittleren Teil.

   Die gegenläufigen  Transportschnecken 3 sind bei konstantem  Aussendurchmesser mit ihrem Innendurch  messer an die     Kegelform    des Walzenkörpers  angepasst, damit das     Fassungsvermögen    der       Schleuderwalze    von aussen nach der Mitte       stetig    zunimmt. Der Pfeil 10 zeigt die Dreh  richtung der     Schleuderwalze.     



  Gemäss     Fig.    2 sind die     Transportschnek-          ken    3, um ein     gutes    Schneiden oder Sägen  von Schnee und     Eis    zu ermöglichen, mit  gegen die Mitte gerichteten     Abkantungen    5  versehen. In     Fig.    3 ist gezeigt,     da.ss    die      Schnecken 3 an ihrem äussern Umfang eine  Verzahnung 6 aufweisen. Die an dem  zylindrischen Teil 2 vorgesehenen Schaufeln  4 bilden die     übergangsteile    zwischen zwei  benachbarten Enden der Schnecken 3.  



  In     Fig.    4 bezeichnet 7 die Schneeschleu  der mit einer an der Stirnseite des Fahr  zeuges angebrachten Schleuderwalze 8 sowie  dem     Auswurfkanal    9. Der Pfeil 10 in     Fig.    4  zeigt die Drehrichtung der     Schleuder-,valze,     welche durch motorische Kraft in der Pfeil  richtung in Umdrehung versetzt wird und  beim Hineinfahren in     denn    Schnee denselben  mittels der Schnecken 3 und kegelförmigen  Teile des Walzenkörpers erfasst und dann  den zylindrischen Teil     so-,vie    den     Schaufeln     in der     Mitte    zuschiebt,

   nach hinten und nach  oben zum     Auswurfkanal    9 weiterleitet und  von diesem durch eine nach der Seite hin  gerichtete Austrittsöffnung 11 wegschleu  dert.

The blades 4 provided on the cylindrical part 2 form the transition parts between two adjacent ends of the screws 3.

Schneeschleuder nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzen- körper zwei mit ihrer grösseren $asis vonein ander abgewendete kegelförmige Teile auf weist. 2.
