Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>
    Weichenheizanlage. Elektrische Weichenheizanlagen sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Bei diesen Anlagen sind an jeder Weiche Gruppen von Heizkörpern angebracht, denen die nötige elektrische Energie von einem Starkstromnetz aus durch Zuleitungskabel zugeführt wird. Die Zuleitungskabel zu den an den verschiedenen Weichen angebrachten Heizkörpergruppen sind entsprechend der i unterschiedlichen Entfernung der einzelnen Weichen vom Speisepunkt verschieden lang. Es entsteht infolgedessen .die Aufgabe, den Spannungsabfall dieser verschieden langen Zuleitungskabel gleich gross zu machen, damit den Heizkörpergruppen aller Weichen die gleiche Spannung zur Verfügung steht.

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

    11+1_=L T 11 # 2@1 + 12 # 14l = L , worin 11 und t_ .die Abschnittslängen, L die Gesamtlänge der Zuleitung vom Netz zur Heizkörpergruppe einer Weiche, i4, den Spannungsabfall eines, Kilometers der für die Abschnittslänge 1, verwendeten Kabeltype, u.2 den Spannungsabfall eine, Kilometers der für die Abschnittslättg,- l..

 EMI2.85
 1, = 1.5 ],in t_ = 0. ,5 km 1., = 1.0 km 1, ,_ 2,0 km.

    Point heating system. Electrical point heating systems are known in various designs. In these systems, groups of radiators are attached to each switch, to which the necessary electrical energy is supplied from a high-voltage network through supply cables. The supply cables to the radiator groups attached to the various switches are of different lengths according to the different distances between the individual switches and the feed point. As a result, there is the task of making the voltage drop of these different length supply cables the same, so that the radiator groups of all points have the same voltage.

   Up to now it has been customary to compensate for the voltage drop of different magnitudes caused by the different cable lengths by choosing different cross sections for the cable cores and therefore to provide cables with various cross sections for the system. In contrast to this type of heating system, in the system according to the invention, the same voltage drop is to be achieved on the supply cables of different lengths from the network to the switch, in that each supply line leading to a plurality of radiators of the individual switches from the network to the switch consists of two sections The type of cable provided in one section differs from that provided in the other section in terms of the voltage drop per unit of amperage and kilometer of cable length.

   For the heating system according to the invention, only two different cable types with regard to the conductor cross-section, but the same with regard to the conductor material, are provided, and the lengths of the sections are dimensioned so that the total voltage drop of all leads is the same.

   The dimensioning of the section lengths results from the equations

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

    11 + 1_ = LT 11 # 2 @ 1 + 12 # 14l = L, where 11 and t_ are the section lengths, L is the total length of the supply line from the network to the radiator group of a switch, i4, the voltage drop of one kilometer for the section length 1, cable type used, u.2 the voltage drop one, kilometer of the for the section lattg, - l ..

   The cable type and IT used mean the total voltage drop between the network and 'U7 # ", whereby the amperage given by the power consumption of the heating system must be taken into account. Only 1 , and 1, unknown.

  This (- the type of adaptation is possible with point heating systems because higher voltage or power losses can be allowed in the supply lines to the points than in other cases, because the system is only ever put into operation for a short time, namely only during the winter months and then only during the hours when snow falls.

   Such a manufactured heating system is cheaper and simpler than the known systems due to the use of only two @ ab @ l types and due to the extensive use of cables lower Q, uei, schnittcs and enables a considerable saving of materials.

  An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing.

  The two radiator groups H to Hzi and H to Hl @, which are attached to the 'N \' cells at different distances, are to be fed from network N. The network supplies a voltage of 220 volts, the point heating elements require a voltage of 120 volts. Both the group H 1 through X and the group H 1; to H ", consume a total of 600 watts of power with all five heating elements.

   A voltage drop of 100 volts can be selected for the different lengths of the supply lines to the two switches, whereby the two supply lines must have a common current of 5 amps. Gesaintlän- @en L = 1, + t_ =? Lead to the two points. km and L '= 1.3 + 1.3 km.

   Both cable types are available with a voltage drop of 60 volts and 20 volts per km of cable length (with a current of 5 amps). Sections 1 and 13 will be the type with the high voltage drop. for the sections t_ and 1, the ones with the lower voltage drop are selected. Then see the following values from the above-mentioned equations for the section lengths
 EMI2.85
 1, = 1.5], in t_ = 0., 5 km 1., = 1.0 km 1,, _ 2.0 km.

   Accordingly, the voltage drop at the Ah, cutting length h is 00 volts, at the: @ bschnittsl @ inge t-. 10 volts, at the side length 1 .; there is a voltage drop of 60 volts. At the island length 1, one before -10 volts. In both cases there is a total voltage drop of the same value of 100 volts.
