Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 217239.         Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     wasserlöslichen        Disazofarbstoifes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines wasserlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes,    wel  ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man  die     Diazoverbindung    aus     4-(w-Sulfopropio-          nylamino)-1-aminobenzol    mit     3-Acetamino-l-          aminobenzol    vereinigt,

   und den so erhaltenen       Aminoazofarbstoff    in Gegenwart von säure  bindenden Mitteln mit     Phosgen    behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff eignet sich zum  Färben von pflanzlichen Fasern in klaren  rötlich gelben Tönen. Die Färbungen zeich  nen sich durch sehr gute Echtheitseigen  schaften, sehr gute     Nassechtheiten    und vor  züglicher     Ätzbarkeit    aus.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  24,4 Gewichtsteile     4-(w-Sulfopropionyl-          amino)-1-aminobenzol    (M. G. 244) werden in       200        Volumteilen    Wasser mit der erforder  lichen Menge     Natriumcarbonat    gelöst, mit  52     Volumteilen    einer     2/n    Natriumnitrit-         lösung    versetzt, und das Gemisch wird in  Gegenwart von Eis langsam in 30     Volumteile     roher Salzsäure (20'     B6)    unter Rühren ein  getragen.

   Nach beendeter     Diazotierung    wird  das überschüssige     Natriumnitrit    zerstört und  zu der     Diazoverbindung    eine Lösung von  20     Gewichtsteilen    des salzsauren Salzes von       3-Acetamino-l-aminobenzol    (M. G. 186,5) in  250     Volumteilen    Wasser gegeben. Nach  Abstumpfen der Mineralsäure mit Natrium  acetatlösung     wird    die Kupplung durch  längeres     Nachrühren    in essigsaurem Medium  bei Zimmertemperatur zu Ende geführt.

   Der  erhaltene     Aminoazofarbstoff        wird    abgesaugt  und in     Natriumcarbonatlösung    gelöst; diese  Lösung     wird    bei 30-40' C unter Rühren,  in Gegenwart von etwas überschüssigem       Natriumcarbonat,    so lange mit     Phosgen    ver  setzt, bis die Überführung in den     Disazo-          farbstoff    beendet ist.

   Der erhaltene Farb  stoff eignet sich zum Färben von     pflanz-          linl,A"        Fa.carn    in     lrla.rAr,        rii+linh        mall-i@@        Tiinan         Die Färbungen zeichnen sich durch sehr gute  Lichtechtheit, sehr gute     Nassechtheiten    und  vorzügliche     Ätzbarkeit    aus.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung aus 4 - (co - Sulfopropionylamino) -1- aminobenzol mit 3-Acetamino-l-aminobenzol vereinigt, und den so erhaltenen Aminoazofarbstoff in Gegenwart von säurebindenden Mitteln mit Phosgen behandelt.
