Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konden sationsproduktes, das dadurch gekennzeich net ist, dass man 2.4.5-Tri-amino-pyrimi-din mit Oxalsäure bei Temperaturen über 200 kondensiert.
Die neue Verbindung bildet ein un- schmelzbares, mikrokristallines Pulver, das in Wasser und organischen Lösungsmitteln unlöslich, in Laugen und Mineralsäuren lös lich ist. Sie soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.
<I>. Beispiel:</I> 250 mg Hydrochlorid des 2.4:5-Tri- amino-pyrimidins werden mit 300 mg Na- triumoxalat und 2 g kristallisierter Oxal- säure verrieben. Die Mischung wird im Ölbad im Verlaufe von 15 Minuten bei ge- le-entlicher schwacher Druckverminderung auf 260' erhitzt.
Der erkaltete Rückstand wird in 50 cm' n#/5 Natronlauge bis zur Ent- färbung mit Tierkohle .gekocht und in 20,em' siedende 2n Essigsäure filtriert. Man erhält 175 mg 6-Desoxyleukopterin. Dass Produkt stellt ein unschmelzbares, mikrokristallines Pulver, unlöslich in Wasser und organischen Lösungsmitteln, löslich in Laugen und Mine ralsäuren, dar.
Die alkalischen Lösungen zeigen starke Blaufluoreszenz.

The cooled residue is boiled in 50 cm / 5 sodium hydroxide solution until it is discolored with animal charcoal and filtered in 20 mm boiling 2N acetic acid. 175 mg of 6-deoxyleukopterin are obtained. The product is an infusible, microcrystalline powder, insoluble in water and organic solvents, soluble in alkalis and mineral acids.
The alkaline solutions show strong blue fluorescence.
