Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, wasserlöslichen     Farbstoffes     der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Das     vorliegende    Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines neuen, wasser  löslichen     Farbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe     und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man  1     Alol        1.4.5.8-Tetraaminoanthrachinon,    2     Mol     Phenol und 2     Mol    Formaldehyd aufeinander  einwirken lässt und das erhaltene Produkt  sulfoniert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff enthält zwei     Sulfo-          gruppen    und löst sich in kaltem Wasser mit  blaugrauer, in heissem Wasser mit blauer und  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit gelber  Farbe. Er soll zum Färben von     Acetatseide,          acetylierter    Baumwolle und von     Acetylcellu-          losefolien    verwendet werden. Das Färbegut  wird in wässeriger Lösung blau gefärbt.  



       Beispiel.:     20 kg     1.4.5.8-Tetraaminoanthrachinon    und  100 kg Phenol werden bei 100 o C verrührt.  Innert einer Stunde lässt man 25 kg Form  aldehyd von 40     Vol.-%    einlaufen, rührt kurze  Zeit weiter und     drückt    die     Schmelze    in a1-         kalisches        Salzwasser.    Das ausgefallene Kon  densationsprodukt wird     abfiltriert,    in Wasser  aufgenommen und mit Schwefelsäure neutral  gestellt. Man filtriert, wäscht und trocknet.  



  Durch Sulfonieren in     Schwefelsäuremono-          hydrat    erhält man einen Farbstoff, der' sich  in kaltem Wasser mit blaugrauer, in heissem  Wasser mit blauer und in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe löst. Er soll  zum Färben von     Acetat'seide,        acetylierter     Baumwolle und von     Acetylcellulosefolien    ver  wendet werden. Das Färbegut wird in wässe  riger Lösung blau gefärbt.

       Example: 20 kg 1.4.5.8-tetraaminoanthraquinone and 100 kg phenol are stirred at 100 o C. 25 kg of formaldehyde of 40% by volume are run in within one hour, stirring is continued for a short time and the melt is pressed into alkaline salt water. The precipitated condensation product is filtered off, taken up in water and neutralized with sulfuric acid. It is filtered, washed and dried.



  Sulphonation in sulfuric acid monohydrate gives a dye which dissolves in cold water with a blue-gray color, in hot water with a blue color and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a yellow color. It is said to be used for dyeing acetate silk, acetylated cotton and acetyl cellulose films. The material to be dyed is dyed blue in an aqueous solution.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen wasserlöslichen Farbstoffes-der Anthrachinon- reihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1142o1 1.4.5.8-Tetraaminoanthrachinon, 2 Mol Phenol und 2 Mol Formaldehyd aufeinander einwir ken lässt und das erhaltene Produkt sulfo- niert.
