Haartrockenhaube.
Hair dryer hood. The subject of the present invention is a hair dryer hood which is provided with built-in pressure and suction air blowers and in which the drying air is partially circulated, sweeping the heating source and the hairstyle one after the other.
According to the invention, the hair dryer hood has a guide ring at the lower end of an outer hood jacket, which overlaps an inner jacket, in such a way that the compressed air inside the inner hood jacket, brushing the scalp hair, is partially deflected by the guide ring and between the inner and outer hood jacket to the heating source and from there back through. the fan is set in circulation.
On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown.
In the illustrated embodiment, the hood has a bottom part 1, on the ring part 2 of which the outer hood jacket 3 is attached. The pressure and suction air fan consisting of a motor 5 with fan wheel 6 is arranged under a cover cap 4. At the bottom part 1 of the Hau benhalter la is also arranged for attaching the hood to a tripod, not shown.
At the free end of the hood jacket 3, a guide ring 7 is arranged, which .mit the hood jacket 3 consists of one piece. The guide ring can also be connected to the jacket 3 as a separate part, e.g. B. riveted, welded or screwed on.
In the interior of the hood jacket 3, another jacket 8 is arranged which is attached to the bottom part 1 of the outer hood jacket and which has an upper cylindrical part 9 which is provided with openings 10. In the part 9 of the inner shell 8, the impeller 6 is rotatably arranged.
The inner jacket 8 extends up to the guide ring 7 on the outer jacket 3, in this way; that a deflection channel is formed, with a free air passage from the outside. both in the space bounded by the inner jacket 8 and in the space between the jackets 3 and 8 is possible.
On the cylindrical part 9 of the inner man means 8, the electrical heating device 11 is arranged between this and the outer jacket 3. To evenly distribute the air over the hairstyle to be dried and to avoid contact of the hair to be dried with the fan wheel 6, a wire mesh 13 is provided as the end of the cylindrical part 9 of the Man means 8.
The guide ring 7 is on. A neck support 12 is attached to the part corresponding to the back of the head in order to prevent fatigue of the iliac muscles.
The method of use and operation of the hair dryer hood described is as follows: The hair dryer hood described is set in relation to the head of the person to be treated in such a way that the guide ring surrounds the head above the forehead and ears. Assuming that the electrical cable connected to the dryer hood is connected to an electrical line (not shown) and that the heating coils and the fan motor are switched on,
the air is moved against the hairstyle to be dried by the fan wheel 6, brushes it and is for the most part directed into the guide ring 7 and with fresh air, which enters the ear area between the head and guide ring 7, through the channel sucked in between the inner and outer casing (3, 8),
wherein the air flow sweeps the heating coil 11 and is guided through the openings 10 in the jacket part 9 to the fan and is thus set in circulation.
The air constantly circulated in this way can therefore heat up more and more up to a certain permissible maximum temperature. Due to the suction effect in the annular space formed between the outer jacket 3 and the inner jacket 8, some fresh air is always entrained. -, due to the intended design of the hood, according to which .the neck support 12 to the guide ring 7 is arranged so that fresh air can enter at ear level,
There is constant cooling of the ears due to the fresh air access. Furthermore, since the warm air flow absorbs moisture when drying the wet hairstyle, individual air sections are saturated and heavier and are thrown into the open space by the fan, whereby the formation of condensation water is avoided even after hours of operation.
By arranging the heating source within the two jackets 3 and 8, the air flow is heated before it reaches the blower wheel 6, so that uniform heating and distribution of the air is achieved. Secondly, this design avoids a risk for the person being treated and the person being treated in the event of a defect in the radiator, since a defective heating coil can neither get into the interior of the hood nor outside, and thus electrical contact with the treated or treated persons is avoided.
