Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines     0,0'-Dioayazofarbstofes.            Gegenstand        deis        vorliegenden        Zusatzpa;Wn-          tes    ist     ein    Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines  o,()'     -Dioxyazofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     dass    man     diazotiertes        6-Nitro-2-          amino-4-amylphenol    mit     1-OxynaphthaIin-4-          sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    stellt     eindunkles          Piz,lver,daT,        welches        Wold-e    nach dem     Einbad-          ehromierverfahren    in violetten Tönen von  hervorragender Walk-,     Potting-    und Licht  echtheit färbt.  



  Die Färbung aus schwach saurem Bade  ist violett,     nachchromiert    wird sie     rot-          atiehig    violett.  



       Beispiel:     22,4 kg     6-Nitro-2-amino-4-amyIphenoI     werden     in    Form des Chlorhydrates     in    160  Liter Wasser eingetragen und nach Zugabe  von 14     Liter        konzentrierter        Salzsäure    mit  6,9 kg Nitrit bei 0-5      .diazotiert.       Die     Diazosuspension    lässt man in eine       kalte        Lösung    von 22,

  5 kg     1-OxynaphthaIin-          4-sulfonsäure    und 24 kg     kalzinierter    Soda in  250 Liter     Wasser    einlaufen. Der fertige  Farbstoff wird     filtriert        und    getrocknet.
