Description

Zerlegbarer Harass.

Dismountable harass. The invention relates to a collapsible II <iraf .; and consists in the fact that the bottom and two opposite side walls at the ends on the inside corner strips and the other side walls on the lower edge and at the ends have undercut grip strips engaging undercut grooves of the said corner strips, the whole thing like that that the bottom and the side walls are only releasably held together by the aforementioned corner strips and the handle strips.

1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings, an embodiment of the subject invention is cut in a vertical and shown in a plan view.

In the Harass drawn, the four floor battens 1 are united at the ends on the upper (inner) side by a corner strip 2 to form a floor. Likewise, the longitudinal side wall battens 3 are united at the ends on the inner side by vertical corner strips 4 to form side walls. The two front side walls are seen at the ends on the inside with the slats 5 connec Denden handle strips 6 and the lowest slat 5 at the lower edge with a handle strip 6a ver.

The corner strips 2 and 4 have the same triangular cross-section. Its right-angled corner is fluted into a longitudinal groove 7 that is undercut on one side and open outwards on two sides. The grip strips 6 and 6C6 have a trapezoidal cross-section corresponding to the longitudinal grooves 7 of the corner strips so that they fit exactly into the longitudinal grooves. The strips 2, 4, 6 and 6a are preferably made of hardwood or some other suitable material Material that does not oxidize under the influence of moisture.

The assembly of the crate described takes place without any tools, by sliding the end walls 5, 6 from the side onto the floor and sliding the longitudinal side walls 3, 4 from above onto the end walls 5, 6, so that the horizontal strips 6a into the longitudinal grooves 7 of the corner strips 2 of the base and the vertical strips 6 slide into the longitudinal grooves 7 of the vertical corner strips 4 of the longitudinal side walls 3, 4. All walls of the described crate are thus only through the ledges, 4,

(i and 6a held together so that P the shark; ih can be filled, stored and transported like an ordinary harass with storage or transport goods. When not in use or for transport, the harass can be raised by pulling out the long side walls 3, 4 and pulling off the end walls 5, 6 sideways into its component parts, so that it takes up considerably less space in iliispi @ ucli than in the assembled state.

Compared to known dismountable crates or boxes, the described harness has the advantage that no iron fittings or screws are required to hold its walls together and that the walls can be dismantled and reassembled quickly and without tools. Furthermore, the described harness does not have any fastening means protruding beyond the outer sides, which could create a risk of injury.
