Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines o,o'-Diogyazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand vorliegenden Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines o,o'- Dioxyazofarbstoffes,dadurch ,gekennzeich net, dass man diazotiertes 6-Nitro-4-tert.butyl- 2-aminophenol mit p - Sulf ophenylmethyl- pyrazolon, vorzugsweise in Gegenwart von Pyridin, kuppelt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotviolettes Pulver, dessen Lösungsfarbe in Wasser rot, in Schwefelsäure gelborange ist und der Wolle in sehr echten, gelbstickig roten Tönen färbt.
Beispiel: 21 Teile 6-Nitro-4-tert.butyl-2-amino- phenol werden in 200 Teilen Alkohol gelöst, 30 Teile conc. Salzsäure zugesetzt und bei 0 mit einer Lösung von 6,9 Teilen Natrium nitrit in 10 Teilen Wasser diazotiert. Die Diazolösung fliesst zu einer Lösung von 25,4 Teilen p-Sulfophenylmethylpyrazolon in 300 Teilen Wasser und 22 Teilen Soda als säure- bindendes Mittel. Der Farbstoff fällt kristal lisiert aus.. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Der neue Farbstoff färbt nachchromiert ein gelbstickig Rot. Gewisse Eigenschaften sind gegenüber @d-em Farbstoff aus dem 4- 31Tethylderivat verbessert, besonders aber und in hohem Masse das Ziehen nach dem Einbad- chromierverfahren.
Process for the preparation of an o, o'-diogyazo dye. The present additional patent is a process for the preparation of an o, o'-dioxyazo dye, characterized in that diazotized 6-nitro-4-tert.butyl-2-aminophenol with p-sulfophenylmethylpyrazolone, preferably in the presence of pyridine , clutch.
The new dye forms a red-violet powder, the solution color of which is red in water and yellow-orange in sulfuric acid and dyes the wool in very genuine, yellowish-red tones.
Example: 21 parts of 6-nitro-4-tert-butyl-2-aminophenol are dissolved in 200 parts of alcohol, 30 parts of conc. Added hydrochloric acid and diazotized at 0 with a solution of 6.9 parts of sodium nitrite in 10 parts of water. The diazo solution flows into a solution of 25.4 parts of p-sulfophenylmethylpyrazolone in 300 parts of water and 22 parts of soda as an acid-binding agent. The dye precipitates crystallized out .. After coupling is complete, it is filtered off and dried.
When chromed, the new dye turns a yellowish red. Certain properties are improved compared to @ d-em dye from the 4–31-methyl derivative, but especially and to a large extent the drawing according to the single-bath chroming process.
