Description


  Procédé de fabrication d'agglomérés combustibles.    L'objet de la.     présente        invention    :est un  procédé :de fabrication     d'agglo@msrés    combus  tibles.  



  Parmi les combustibles de chauffage :do  destique, la. tourbe et les charbons pauvres en       matières    volatiles     utilisés    généralement pré  sentent     tous    l'un ou     l'autre        de,deux    inconvé  nients qui limitaient leur emploi     jusqu'à.    pré  sent.  



  La tourbe a l'inconvénient :de posséder un  excès de     matières    volatiles, qui produit l'en  crassement rapide des     appareils        -die.    chauffage  ordinaires. Les     charbons    pauvres en matières       volatiles    ont par contre l'inconvénient .de     brû-          leradifficilement    dans les     appareils    de     chauf-          fage-    ordinaires.  



       Lo    procédé faisant l'objet de l'invention       élimine-        -du    même coup     ces    deux inconvénients  et permet     .d'obtenir    des agglomérés pouvant       brfler    plus facilement et avec moins     d'en-          erassement    dans les appareils de chauffage       ordinaires.     



  Ce procédé est     caractérisé    en ce que l'on  mélange de la tourbe     finement    divisée avec    du charbon     pauvre    en     matières    volatiles, dans  le but     de        wmpenser    le     manque    de     matières          volatiles        @de    ce dernier composant, et forme       d'en    agglomérés avec le     mélange        obtenu.     



  Pour la     mise        en,        aeuvre    -du procédé, on  pourra par exemple     mélanger    de l'anthracite       suisse,    ou même :du     poussier    :de     coke    avec -de  ,la     tourbe    finement coupée. On pourra égale  ment     mélangsr        plusieurs    charbons pauvres  e u     matières    volatiles avec la,     tourbe    ou avec  des tourbes de qualités différentes. La tourbe  pourra être déchiquetée ou     hachée.     



  Après     ,le    mélange, on procède à la. mise  en briquettes, qui peut être effectuée selon  les     m@thodés    connues.  



  On arrive -de     cette    manière à. régler la. te  neur -en matières volatiles     à,        :la.    valeur .désira  ble pour l'emploi     domestique    ou même indus  triel.

  1. REVENDICATION Procédé de fabrication d'agglomérés com bustibles, caractérisé en ce que l'an mélange de la. tourbe finement ,divisée avec :
