Description
Zusatzpatent zum HaupIpaten@ Nr. 2'31256. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen Disazofarbstofes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines kupferhaltigen Disa.zofarbstoffes, wel ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man d'iazo@tierte 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfon- säure, diazotierten 3-Aminobenzolsulfo,nsäure- 2"-kresylester,
Resorcin und ein kupferabge bendes Mittel aufeinander einwirken lässt.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein schwarz- braunes Pulver dar, welches in Wasser mit. brauner, in Schwefelsäure mit braunoranger Farbe löslich ist, und Seide in braunen Tönen von guten Eehtheiten anfärbt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Die Diazoverbindung aus 18,9 Teilen 2 Amino-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure wird mit einer laugenalkalischen Lösung von 11 Teilen 1,3-Dioxybenzol vereinigt. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird der Moneazofarbstoff mit Salzsäure abgeschieden, isoliert und in essig saurer Lösung mit dem _ Diazokörper aus 26,3 Teilen 3 - Aminobenzolsulfonsäure - 2' kresylester gekuppelt.
_Der mit Kochsalz ab- geschiedene Disazofarbstof'f wird in 2000 Tei len Wasser bei 80 gelöst, mit 25 Gewichts teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat versetzt und 1 Stunde bei 90 .gehalten. Man filtriert den ausigeschiedienen kupferhaltigen Farb stoff und: führt ihn nach bekannten Metho den in das Natriumsalz über. Er färbt Seide ; in braunen Tönen von sehr guten Echtheiten.
Anstatt die Kupferung mit dem fertigen Farbstoff vorzunehmen, kann man auch den Monoazofarbstoff in die Kupferverbindung überführen und erst diese zum Disazo@farb- ; stoff kuppeln.

The new dye is a black-brown powder, which in water with. brown, is soluble in sulfuric acid with a brown-orange color, and dyes silk in brown tones of good lightness.
<I> Example: </I> The diazo compound from 18.9 parts of 2-amino-1-oxybenzene-4-sulfonic acid is combined with an alkaline solution of 11 parts of 1,3-dioxybenzene. After the coupling is complete, the moneazo dye is deposited with hydrochloric acid, isolated and coupled in an acetic acid solution with the diazo body composed of 26.3 parts of 3-aminobenzenesulfonic acid 2 'cresyl ester.
The disazo dye separated with common salt is dissolved in 2000 parts of water at 80, mixed with 25 parts by weight of crystallized copper sulfate and held at 90 for 1 hour. The precipitated copper-containing dye is filtered off and converted into the sodium salt using known methods. He dyes silk; in brown shades of very good fastness properties.
