Description

       

  Porte à éléments articulés     verticalement    entre eux.    L'invention a pour objet une porte à élé  ments articulés verticalement entre eux.  



       Le    dessin ci-joint montre, à     titre        d'exem-          ple,    une forme d'exécution de     cette    porte.  



  Les     fig.    1, 2 et 3 en sont respectivement  des vues de profil, de     face    et en plan avec  coupe.  



  Un galet 1 est     destiné    à rouler sur un  rail horizontal (non représenté) disposé     au-          dessus    de la porte. Il     tourne    autour d'un arbre  horizontal 2 solidaire d'une     douille    3 dont la  partie     .supérieure    entoure une tige 4     verticale     recevant, à sa partie ,supérieure, un écrou 5,  un contre-écrou 6 et une rondelle 7 pour cons  tituer une butée de hauteur réglable qui ne  s'oppose pas aux mouvements angulaires de  la     tige    4 dans la douille 3.  



  La tige 4 est solidaire d'une ferrure hori  zontale 8 figée à la partie supérieure d'un  élément 9 -de la     porte    9, 10 par des vis 11;  cette ferrure 8 comporte une partie coudée  restant dans un plan horizontal mais qui,  lorsque la porte est fermée, s'éloigne un peu    de celle-ci. Cette partie coudée     supporte    la       tige    4. Une plaque 12     verticale    est soudée à  la ferrure 8 et elle est figée aussi à l'élément  9 articulé verticalement     -eni    13 à ,l'élément 1.0.  En position de fermeture, la porte touche un  cadre fige 14, les deux     éléments    9, 10 sont  dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre.

   Grâce à  1a     position    de la     tige    4     éloignée    du cadre 14,  les deux     éléments    9, 10 viennent, lors de l'ou  verture de la porte, se replier en 9a,     loa    pa  rallèlement l'un à l'autre, l'articulation 13  vient en 13a en .s'éloignant du cadre 14, ce  qui facilite le fonctionnement. La porte, en  se déplaçant, ne frotte pas contre son     cadre.     



  Le galet 1 tourne sur des billes 15 main  tenues entre deux cuvettes 16, 17. La cuvette  16     est    rendue solidaire de l'arbre 2 par le  serrage d'un écrou 18 repoussant contre cette       cuvette    16 une     bague    19 par l'intermédiaire  d'une rondelle 20. La cuvette 17 est rendue  solidaire du galet 1 par     ûne    rondelle 21 main  tenue par des vis 22; mais     celles-ci    pourraient  être remplacées par un autre moyen de fixa  tion.

  A roller 1 is intended to roll on a horizontal rail (not shown) arranged above the door. It rotates around a horizontal shaft 2 integral with a sleeve 3, the upper part of which surrounds a vertical rod 4 receiving, at its upper part, a nut 5, a locknut 6 and a washer 7 to constitute a adjustable height stop which does not oppose the angular movements of the rod 4 in the socket 3.



  The rod 4 is integral with a horizontal fitting 8 fixed to the upper part of an element 9 of the door 9, 10 by screws 11; this fitting 8 comprises a bent part remaining in a horizontal plane but which, when the door is closed, moves away from it a little. This bent part supports the rod 4. A vertical plate 12 is welded to the fitting 8 and it is also fixed to the vertically articulated element 9 -eni 13 to, the element 1.0. In the closed position, the door touches a frozen frame 14, the two elements 9, 10 are an extension of one another.

   Thanks to the position of the rod 4 away from the frame 14, the two elements 9, 10 come, when the door is opened, to fold into 9a, loa pa rally to each other, the articulation 13 comes at 13a moving away from frame 14, which facilitates operation. The door, while moving, does not rub against its frame.



  The roller 1 rotates on balls 15 hand held between two cups 16, 17. The cup 16 is made integral with the shaft 2 by the tightening of a nut 18 pushing against this cup 16 a ring 19 by means of a washer 20. The cup 17 is made integral with the roller 1 by a washer 21 held by screws 22; but these could be replaced by another means of fixation.

CLAIM Door with elements articulated vertically to each other and comprising for each pair of elements a roller rolling on a horizontal rail placed above it, characterized in that the member supporting the roller is mounted on a vertical rod which can oscillate on itself with respect to this member and which is fixed to a bent part in a horizontal plane of a fitting fixed to the upper part of one of the two elements of said pair of elements, the. bent part having the effect of moving away from the. door closed the aforesaid rod, so that the two elements constitute.

an assembly which rotates with this rod and can be brought into the opening position where the open elements of them are folded parallel to each other and are at a distance from the fixed frame of the door which they touched when they were in the extension of each other. SUB-CLAIMS: 1. Door according to claim, characterized in that the member supporting the roller comprises a horizontal shaft around which the roller rotates and which is integral with a vertical bush surrounding the, aforesaid rod which receives a nut and a lock nut screwed to its upper part and constituting an adjustable height stop. 2.

Door according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that the roller rotates on balls held between two cups, one being made integral with the shaft by the pressure of a ring which a nut pushes back. screwed .on this shaft, the other being made integral with the roller by a washer fixed to the latter. 3.
