Description
Gaserzeuger. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gaserzeuger für bituminöse Brennstoffe, mit Randdüsen zur Einführung der Verbrennungsluft in den Herd.
Bei den bekannten Ausführungen dieser Art werden durchwegs Radialdüsen verwen det. Dabei muss der Herd so dimensioniert sein, dass bei Teillast noch ein teerfreies Gas geliefert wird. Das hat aber zur Folge, dass bei Vollast im Zentrum des Herdes ein Hohl brand auftritt mit allen seinen Nachteilen, wie Verteerung und ungleichmässige Motorlei stung.
Nach der Erfindung sollen diese Nach teile dadurch beseitigt sein, dass die Achsen der Luftdüsen mit den Strahlen von den Düsen nach dem Zentrum des Herdes in einer waagrechten Ebene liegende Winkel ein schliessen, derart, dass die verlängerten Ach sen der Luftdüsen Tangenten an einen zur Herdachse konzentrisch liegenden Kreis bil den. Es kann dann sowohl bei Teillast als auch bei Vollast eine einwandfreie Verbren nung stattfinden, ohne dass es notwendig wird, den Herd zu vergrössern. Dadurch soll der Leistungsbereich des Gaserzeugers we sentlich erhöht werden, was auch für die Fertigung von Bedeutung ist, da viel weniger in der Grösse verschiedene Gaserzeuger an gefertigt werden müssen.
Zweckmässig be tragen die Winkel, den die Achsen der Luft düsen mit den Zentralstrahlen einschliessen, mindestens 15 . Vorteilhaft sind die Luft düsen nach innen schräg aufwärts gerichtet. Es sollen dadurch die Auflager der sich über den Herdeinsatz bildenden Brennstoffbrücke zerstört werden, indem die Zone der höchsten Temperaturen durch den seitwärts und auf wärts gerichteten Luftstrahl vom Zentrum des Herdes mehr an den Umfang desselben verlagert wird.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ver anschaulicht. Es zeigt Fig. 1 einen senkrechten Teillänässclmil-t durch einen Fahrzeuggaserzeuger nach der Linie 1-1 der F'ig. 2 und Fig. ? einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-11 der Fig.l.
Die Vergasungsluft wird in den Herd 1 ül)er Luftkammern 1? durch Randdüsen 3 eingeführt. Die Randdüsen sind in Ausneh- mungen -1 des Herdeinsatzes 5 so angeordnet, dass ihre Achsen mit den Strahlen von den Düsen nach dem Zentrum des Herdes in einer waagrechten Ebene liegende Winkel a ein schliessen. Die verlängerten Achsen der Düsen 2 bilden Tangenten an einen konzen trisch zur Gaserzeuger- und Herdachse A-_1 liegenden greis 6.
Die Grösse des Winkels a ist von der Grösse des Gaserzeugers und von der Form des Herdes bezw. Herdeinsatzes ab hängig. beträgt aber zweckmässig mindestens 15 . Die Düsen sind ausserdem nach innen schräg aufwärts gerichtet, wie deutlich aus Fig.l hervorgeht.

In the known designs of this type radial nozzles are used throughout. The stove must be dimensioned in such a way that a tar-free gas is still supplied at part load. However, this has the consequence that at full load a hollow fire occurs in the center of the hearth with all its disadvantages, such as tar formation and uneven engine performance.
According to the invention, these disadvantages should be eliminated in that the axes of the air nozzles with the jets from the nozzles to the center of the stove in a horizontal plane include angles, such that the extended axes of the air nozzles are tangent to one of the stove axis form a concentric circle. A perfect combustion can then take place both at part load and at full load without it being necessary to enlarge the stove. As a result, the performance range of the gas generator is to be increased significantly, which is also important for production, since gas generators of different sizes need to be manufactured much less.
The angle between the axes of the air nozzles and the central beams should be at least 15. The air nozzles are advantageously directed inwards at an angle upwards. The aim is to destroy the supports of the fuel bridge that forms over the stove insert, in that the zone of highest temperatures is shifted from the center of the stove to the periphery of the stove by the sideways and upward air jet.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated ver. It shows Fig. 1 a vertical part of the line through a vehicle gas generator along the line 1-1 of the Figures. 2 and Fig. a section along the line II-11 of Fig.l.
The gasification air is in the stove 1 ül) er air chambers 1? introduced through edge nozzles 3.
