Verfahrell 7zUur fortlaufenden Herstellung voll Langholz.

Process for the continuous production of long timber. The subject matter of the invention is a method for the continuous production of long timber assembled from pieces of wood.
Long wood, dl. lh. Beams, rods and boards are used for different purposes, whereby it is often important that they have a strength everywhere that is as close as possible to that of the new wood. After demn process, it is possible to cut pieces of wood, z. B. to produce boards that have a strength that is almost not close to that of the grown wood. This is economically important, since up to now the production of long wood has only been possible by sawing correspondingly longer and therefore thicker tree trunks, which is expensive and produces a lot of waste.
The method according to the invention consists in gluing the pieces of wood at the front with counters that fit into one another, the counters being shaped in such a way that they have no cut surface in the cross-sectional plane of the tooth roots. In the drawing, three exemplary embodiments of connecting rods are shown, all of which are explained in the following, for example, according to the method according to the invention.
According to FIG. 1, the pieces of wood are provided with teeth that fit into one another at the front, the gaps in the teeth at the base being approximately rounded off according to a parabolic arch and the teeth being rounded off accordingly, so that the counters in the crosswise direction when the payments are interconnected -. The cutting plane of the tooth roots touch them along a line, and the teeth are otherwise given the shape of a vain pointed triangle. The toothed pieces of wood are then continuously glued together.
This Zalmform is particularly useful in soft Hol7, which is stressed both on tension and on bending.
According to FIG. 2, the tooth lanks each consist of two parabolic arches and a straight piece of milk that is parallel to the lumbar tooth. This lahnfurrn is suitable
