Device for connecting wall and ceiling panels. The invention relates to a further Aus .. Formation of the characterized in the claim of the main patent device for connecting wall and ceiling panels.
In the embodiment described in the main patent, the stiffening web consists of a sheet metal strip. In contrast, according to the additional invention, the stiffening web consists of a wire structure which is stiffened at its central part by a web strip rigidly connected to it.
In the drawing, which shows two execution examples of the subject matter of the invention, 'Figs. 1 and 4 are each a cross section of the same, Fig. 2 and 5 are each a side view, and Fig. 3 and 6 are each a plan view of FIG. 5.
In both embodiments, the United stiffening web is formed by a wire structure 1, a sheet metal strip 2 and a wire mesh 3 ge. According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 to 3, the wire of the wire structure 1 is bent twice tightly on the right side in Fig. 1 and bent twice on the opposite side apart, so that the wire is narrow projections 1n on one side , and on the other side wide bow-shaped protrusions 1b forms. These projections are alternately on both sides, i.e. H. bent upwards and downwards at right angles.
The distance between the projections la and 1b corresponds to the thickness of the plates to be connected to one another by the stiffening web. The horizontal middle part between the projections la and 1b, which comes to lie between two plates butt together in the association, is stiffened by the sheet metal strip (web strip) 2, which lies on the horizontal wire webs 1c and with these preferably, for example at 4 by spot welding is rigidly connected.
As a result, the wire structure becomes a rigid whole that extends sideways, i.e. H. cannot bend perpendicular to the main plane of the panels in the panel connection and therefore gives the panels a good mutual hold. On the side of the projections 1 a, the wire mesh 3 is attached to these, which ensures a good connection of the plaster even on smooth panels. The stiffening bar can be easily attached to the panels with the help of clasps.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 differs from the one described above mainly in that the wire structure 1 has acute angled projections (1 a 1 and 11) on both sides, of which the former are higher are than the latter and that the sheet metal strip 2 is placed on the horizon tal wire webs and rigidly connected to the same, for example by spot welding at 4. The wire mesh 3 is on the side of the higher jumps before la.
This embodiment has the advantage over the first described that the plates are easier to insert between the two rows of projections because the higher projections form a stop for the plates.
