Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen gelben Wollfarbstoffes. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines gelben Woll farbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 4-Amino-l-methylben- zol-2-sulfonsäuredodecanoylamid mit 1-(2'- Chlor- 5'-sulfophenyl),-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 36,8 Gewichtsteile 4-Amino-l-methylben- zol-2-sulfonsäuredodecanoylamid werden in 15 % iger Salzsäure mit 7 Gewichtsteilen Na triumnitrit diazotiert. Beim Einlaufen der Diazosuspension in die Lösung von 28,8 Ge wichtsteilen l@- (2'- Chlor- 5'- sulfophenyl) - 3 - methyl-5-pyrazolon tritt bei Anwesenheit überschüssiger Soda sofortige Kupplung ein.
Der abgeschiedene Farbstoff ist nach dem Trocknen ein gelbes- Pulver; er färbt Wolle in klaren, grünstichig gelben Tönen von aus- gezeichneter Walk-, Schweiss-, Alkali- und Lichtechtheit an.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines gelben Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 4-Amino-l-methylbenzol-2- sulfonsäuredodecanoylamid mit 1-(2'-Chlor- 5'-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolonkuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes Pul ver dar; er färbt Wolle in klaren, grünstichig gelben Tönen von ausgezeichneter Walk-, Schweiss-, Alkali- und Lichtechtheit an.
