Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     cbromierbaren        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     chromier-          baren        Azofarbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch     gekennzeichnet,    dass     diazotiertes    5  Nitro-2-amino-1-ogy-benzol mit     1-Ogy-naph-          thalin    - 4-     (4'-amino-phenyl)

          -keton-    8     -sulfon-          säure    in alkalischem Medium vereinigt     wird.     Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein     dunkelviolettes     Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade  in     weinroten    Tönen, die beim     Nachchromie-          ren    in reine Grautöne von guten     Echtheiten     übergehen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  15,4 Teile     5-Nitxo-2-amino-l-ogy-benzol     werden     diazotiert    und danach in eine über  schüssiges     Natriumcarbonat    enthaltende     An-          schlämmung    von $6 Teilen     1-Ogy-naphthalin-          4-(4'-amino-phenyl)-keton-8-sulfonsäure    ein-    gerührt. Hierauf gibt man 25 Teile     Pyridin     zu und rührt bei 0-5 , bis keine     Diazover-          bindung    mehr nachweisbar ist.

   Durch Ver  setzen mit Kochsalz vervollständigt man die       Farbstoffausscheidung,        filtriert    und     trocknet.

  <I> Example: </I> 15.4 parts of 5-nitxo-2-amino-1-ogy-benzene are diazotized and then added to a slurry of 6 parts of 1-ogy-naphthalene- 4- containing excess sodium carbonate. (4'-aminophenyl) -ketone-8-sulfonic acid is stirred in. 25 parts of pyridine are then added and the mixture is stirred at 0-5 until no more diazo compound can be detected.

   The dyestuff excretion is completed by adding sodium chloride, filtered and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromier- baren Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass diazotiertes 5-Nitro-2-amino-l-ogy- benzol mit 1-Ogy-naphthalin-4-(4'-amino-phe- nyl)-keton-8-sulfonsäure in alkalischem Me dium vereinigt wird. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkelviolettes Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in weinroten Tönen, die beim Nachchromieren in reine Grautöne von guten Echtheiten übergehen.
