Description

  

      Verfahren        zur        Darstellung        eines        basischen    Esters     einer.'l-Aryl-cycloalkyl    l     carbonsäur'e.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines basi  schen     Esters    einer     1-Aryl-cycloalkyl-l-car-          bonsäure.    Das     Verfahren    ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man     ss-(Methyl-isopropyl-          amino)

  -äthanol    auf eine Verbindung der  Formel

         worin    X     einen    bei der Reaktion sich abspal  tenden Rest bedeutet,     einwirken    lässt. Als       Verbindungen    der obigen Formel können bei  spielsweise verwendet werden:

   die freie  Säure, dann vor allem ihre     Halogenide,    aber  auch des     Anhydrid    oder ihre Ester mit  niederen     Alkoholen    oder     Phenolen.    Die er  haltene neue     Verbindung,    der     1-Phenyl-cyclo-          pentan-1-        carbonsäure.-    A-     (methyl-isopropyl-          amino)-äthylester,    bildet ein     i01    vom Siede  punkt 110-115  unter 0,05 mm     Druck;

      ,das       Hydrochlorid    schmilzt bei     137-139 .    Die       Verbindung    soll therapeutische Verwendung  finden.  



       Beispiel:     30 Teile     1-Phenyl-cyclopentan-l-carbon-          säure-chlorid        (Kp.imm    105-107 ) werden mit  46 Teilen     ss-(Methyl-isopropyl-amino)-äthanol     (aus     Methyl-isopropyl-amin    und     Äthylen-          ogyd;        gp."        .n,    56-60 ) in 50     Volumteilen       absolutem Benzol 4 Stunden lang unter       Rückfluss    gekocht.

   Nach dem Erkalten     wird     mit     2n-Natronlauge    und     Wasser    gewaschen  und das     Lösungsmittel    auf dem     Wasserbad          abdestilliert.    Die Destillation des Rückstan  des im Hochvakuum ergibt 34 Teile eines       als    vom Siedepunkt 110-115  unter 0;05 mm  Druck. Das     Hydrochlorid    dieser Base schmilzt  bei 137-139  und bildet, aus     Essigester-          Methanol    oder Aceton     umkristallisiert,    farb  lose     griställehen.    -

         where X is a residue that splits off during the reaction, can act. As compounds of the above formula can be used for example:

   the free acid, then especially its halides, but also the anhydride or its esters with lower alcohols or phenols. The new compound obtained, the 1-phenyl-cyclopentane-1-carboxylic acid.- A- (methyl-isopropyl-amino) -ethyl ester, forms an i01 boiling point 110-115 under 0.05 mm pressure;

      , the hydrochloride melts at 137-139. The compound is intended to find therapeutic use.



       Example: 30 parts of 1-phenyl-cyclopentane-l-carboxylic acid chloride (b.p.imm 105-107) are mixed with 46 parts of ss- (methyl-isopropyl-amino) -ethanol (from methyl isopropyl-amine and ethylene ogyd; gp. ".n, 56-60) refluxed in 50 parts by volume of absolute benzene for 4 hours.

   After cooling, it is washed with 2N sodium hydroxide solution and water and the solvent is distilled off on the water bath. The distillation of the residue in a high vacuum gives 34 parts of a boiling point 110-115 under 0.05 mm pressure. The hydrochloride of this base melts at 137-139 and, when recrystallized from ethyl acetate-methanol or acetone, forms colorless granules. -

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a basic ester of a 1-aryl-cycloalkyl-1-carboxylic acid, characterized in that ss, - (methyl-isopropyl-amino) ethanol is applied to a compound of the formula EMI0001.0063 where X is a residue that splits off during the reaction, can act.

The new compound obtained, the 1-phenyl-cyclopentane-h-: carboxylic acid-ssh (methyl-isopropyl-amino) -ethyl ester, forms an oil with a boiling point of 110-115 under 0.05 mm pressure; the hydrochloride melts at 137-139.
