Description

Parkettbodentafel.

Parquet floor board. The subject matter of the invention is a parquet flooring board intended in particular for direct laying on a red bar without a blind floor. Parquet flooring boards with a thin top made of hardwood and a thicker layer of softwood glued to it, pushed through adjacent rows of slits that penetrate the softwood layer and run in the longitudinal direction of the fibers, each to the slits of the neighboring rows .-, @ retzt are secured against discard, :: ind known.

However, difficulties arise with the previously known partition floor panels of this type, because the slots in the softwood layer are not sufficient to completely prevent the panels from being warped. The aim must not only be to make continuous and overlapping slots through the entire layer, but also to keep the connecting pieces remaining in the sectional axes as small as possible and to remove at least part of the material from all sectional axes in any cross-section.

However, the connection must not be completely interrupted and the incisions must also be easy and inexpensive to make in terms of work.

The invention solves this problem in a novel way in that the slots of each longitudinal row are cut alternately from above and below by means of a circular saw while leaving inclined intermediate pieces in such close succession that at any cross-section through the board in each slot a longitudinal row Softwood layer at least partially penetrating incision becomes visible.

With such a slot arrangement there are no cross-sections in the entire softwood layer in which the dreaded warping can occur by adding up the small widenings of the wood particles swollen by the moisture in the transverse direction. Moisture absorption and subsequent drying out therefore have nothing other than that the slits close more or less and then open again, but this has no effect on the hardwood slides glued to them.

It is not essential for the invention whether the parquet floor board consists of only two layers, namely the thin hardwood surface layer and the slotted thick softwood layer, or whether underneath these two layers there is a third thin layer made of softwood with a cross running grain direction is glued on.

In the drawing, embodiment examples of the invention are shown diagrammatically.

Fig. 1 shows a group of two-layer and Figs. 2 shows a group of three-layer parquet floor panels according to the invention. Each parquet floor board according to Fig. 1 be consists of an upper hardwood layer 1, which is composed of veneer sheets 1 'cut into a square and which are glued onto the lower softwood layer 2. These panels are made in widths, e.g.

   B. from 10 to 80 cm, and in lengths of 1 to 8 m, depending on the needs, factory-made and installed in the buildings on a Bal kenrost without blind floor and fixed and, as Fig. 1 shows, by groove and spring 3 interconnected and preferably glued together, so that a completely seamless, excellent parquet floor is created.

In order to prevent the softwood layer 2 from working and the board from being thrown, longitudinally running, side-by-side in ordered rows of this layer through penetrating slots 4, 4 'are attached in the softwood layer, with the slots of one row to the slots of the neighboring rows are offset.

These slots are made with a circular saw in such a way that the slots of each longitudinal row are cut alternately from above and below in such close succession that only narrow, inclined intermediate pieces 5 remain between the slots, so that in each any cross-section through the board, in each longitudinal row of slots, an incision that at least partially penetrates the softwood layer becomes visible (compare in front of the drawing).

The distance between the longitudinal rows in which the slots are arranged is only about 1-3 cm, so that the entire softwood layer is divided into a large number of parts that are only connected by relatively thin connecting layers.

The embodiment according to FIG. 2 shows a group of three parquet flooring boards joined together by tongue and groove 3, which are made of a thin hardwood layer 1 with a consistently transverse grain. a thicker, longitudinally grained, middle softwood layer 2 with, in the same way as in the first exemplary embodiment, continuous and overlapping slots 4.

4 ', and, moreover, a further thin layer of soft wood lying underneath, the fibers of which again run transversely to the fibers of the middle layer 2.

It is clear that the consistently aligned grain of the top layer, which is beneficial not only for protection against throwing the boards, but also for easy cleaning (peeling), can also be used for the two-layer parquet flooring board.
