Der alsdann entstehende Fa denwickel kommt mit dem freien Ende der Schraubenfeder 32 zum Zusammenwirken, deren Kegelform sich die Form des entspre chenden Endes des in Bildung begriffenen Schlauchkötzers von selbst anpasst, wie ohne weiteres klar ist. Sobald das Konusende der Wicklung auf die Schraubenfeder 3-2 einen ausreichenden axialen Druck ausübt, wird üiese Feder durch Reibungswirkung vom Fa denwickel mit. gleicher Drehzahl wie die Wiekelspindel 1 mitgedrelit, desgleichen die Stützhülse 8, an welcher der bleiche Axial druck wirksam ist;
The hose Kötzerspulmaschine forming the subject of the main patent has a counter-holder with a support part provided for the Kötzer to be produced, which is rotatably mounted in a likewise rotatable weight part designed as a thread catcher, which is rotated during the manufacture of the hose Kötzers after the end of the puke, as a result of the persistence, continues to rotate and the thread, which from the finished,
Kötzer conveyed away from the work place catches it, winds it up on the empty winding spindle, tensioning it and thereby separating it automatically, what on the winding spindle as a result of its own drive to continue the winding work. In this way it can be achieved that both at the beginning and at the end of the z'C'icklun @ g of the hose dump only a relatively short exposed or. is available from a standing piece of thread,
what the subsequent processing of the hose dump on the loom bezw. the correct laying of the weft thread in the shuttle is made much easier.
According to the invention, a further development of this counter-holder is given by the fact that the support part, which can be rotated for itself, has screw-thread-shaped windings at the end facing the hose to be produced, which are intended to catch the thread coming from the finished Kötzer.
In this way, in a preferred exemplary embodiment, it can be reliably achieved that the thread end located at the beginning of the winding protrudes freely from the winding on the finished Kötzer removed from the winding machine, even if the yarn is relatively hard, e.g. B.
Paper yarn, horsehair or the like, was wound, in which otherwise, due to its nature, the mentioned thread end easily gets into the winding, which is undesirable for the subsequent processing of the Kötzers.
The drawing serves to explain the invention by way of example.
Fig. 1 shows the counter holder in axial section and Fig. 2 is a diagrammatic representation of an individual part acting as a thread catcher, Figs. A to 8 serve to explain the mode of operation, while Fig. 9 shows the counter holder in axial section with another, not according to the invention rotatable support part illustrated.
A winding machine is assumed, which has a rotatable support body (turret) in a known manner, on which a number of holders 5 (Fig. 6) are provided for a winding spindle 1 in a circular arrangement. These holders 5 are evenly spaced from one another. As a result of rotary switching movements of the support body, the winding spindles 1 are successively automatically the Arheits- respectively. The winding point is fed to the machine.
In this place, the winding spindle 1 is coupled by automatic means with a drive device in order to be rotated by this for the duration of the \ Wieklungsarbeit and by means of the thread guide 3, guided thread 2 on the winding spindle 1 to form the hose sucker 4.
The thread guide 3: is moved back and forth with a constant stroke. The winding spindle 1 located in the workplace is opposite to the counter holder.
According to FIG., This has a continuous central support sleeve 8, which is arranged in ball bearings 17, 18 and 19, of which 17 and 18 are received by a sleeve 20 which is inserted into a support arm 21 which is located on a with the ( not shown) gear box of the winding machine. connected sliding guide is supported.
The partially disk-shaped weight part 15 is rotatably arranged on the support sleeve 8 by means of the ball bearing 19, the bore of which receives a sleeve-shaped insert 22 which serves as a thread catcher and is releasably fastened to the weight part 15 by a screw 23.
At its front end protruding from the Ge weight part 15, the insert 22 according to FIG. 2 has an end rim 24 on which two wings 25 and 26 are formed. In addition to these two wings 25 and 26, a cutout 27 is provided on the periphery of the insert 22, through which to together with the two wings 25 and 26: a two-part slot is .. whose two parts lie in one and the same plane and to accommodate the Winding thread 2, for the purpose of initiating the winding work, are used.
The wing 26 is bent outward at the free end with respect to the end face of the insert 22 for the purpose of securely grasping the incoming thread.
The insert 22 is assigned a loosely inserted ring 28 (FIG. 1), which is pressed by a helical spring 29 in the direction against the end rim 24 of the insert 22 and thus acts as a clamping ring for the purpose of holding the winding thread that has come into the mentioned slot . The support sleeve 8 is secured by an open clamping ring 30 against axial slide Ver.
According to Figure 1, the bore of the support sleeve 8 at the end facing the hose Kötzer to be produced has a cylin drical extension 31, in which a helical spring 32 is loosely inserted with a cylindrical part; at its protruding part on the support sleeve 8, the screw spring 32 is conically expanded.
According to Fig. 6 from the finished wound, after a corresponding displacement of the counter holder moved away from the job Sehlauchkötzer A coming thread 2 is, after the counter holder has been moved back into the starting position, in the sense of FIG. 3 through the .eine leg of a angled, correspondingly moved auxiliary thread guide 7 is deflected laterally out of its path in such a way that it reaches the area of the front free end of the helical spring 32 and then the free end of the insert 22 of the counter holder,
as can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5. As a result, the thread is first caught by the helical spring 3 2 and then by the insert 22 and clamped to the latter by means of the ring 28, whereupon the thread is between after the corresponding tensioning according to FIG. 6 the clamping point on the counter holder and the finished hose sucker A are separated by themselves, that is, torn. This tensioning of the thread occurs. that.
while in the job see the Wech sel the winding spindle takes place, the Ge weight part 15 of the counterholder is still from the previous operation (as will be explained later) in rotation.
As a result, according to FIG. 7, a first winding of the thread 2 onto the winding spindle 1 newly arrived at the job is effected in the area of the helical spring 3'2, which holds the thread trapped in its screw thread, so that these first thread turns laterally resp. come to rest on the empty winding spindle 1 outside the working stroke of the thread guide 3.
As a result, the working spindle 1, which automatically maintains its mechanical drive at a relatively high speed, takes over the winding work, with the thread laterally respectively. outside the area of the helical spring 32, for the purpose of producing the actual hose sucker, is wound onto the winding spindle, as can be seen from FIG.
As a result of the tension caused by the rapid rotation of the winding spindle, the thread 2 is then pulled out of the clamping point provided on the insert 22 of the counter-holder, but is still held so far by the helical spring 3 @ 2 that the initially in its area on the winding spindle 1 generated thread turns are retained.
The then resulting Fa denwickel comes with the free end of the helical spring 32 to cooperate, the conical shape of which adapts to the shape of the corre sponding end of the hose kötzers being formed, as is readily apparent. As soon as the cone end of the winding exerts sufficient axial pressure on the helical spring 3-2, this spring is denwickel with it due to the frictional effect of the wire. same speed as the rocking spindle 1 mitgedrelit, likewise the support sleeve 8, on which the pale axial pressure is effective;
After formation of the conical end of the bobbin and the beginning of the cylindrical bobbin part, the resulting thread lap, which cooperates through its second end with a pressure roller (not shown), pushes the counter-holder back more and more in a known manner if the length is appropriate. The rotational movement of the support sleeve 8 results in a torque on the weight part 15 according to the friction effect, the speed of which increases more and more up to a certain maximum which, depending on the circumstances, is more or less at the speed of the contactor sleeve 8.
As a result of the ball bearing 19 provided between the contact sleeve 8 and the weight part 15 and the inertia of the relatively large mass of the weight part 15, this comes from a relatively low speed or possibly from rest after the start of the drive of the winding spindle only gradually to a higher speed and remains, at least in the beginning, compared to that of the easily rotatable, significantly lighter support sleeve 8 , so that the support sleeve 8 leads.
During the change of the winding spindle taking place in the workplace of the machine, the state of movement between the support sleeve changes. 8 and weight part 15 see insofar as after the removal of the contact of the hose sucker with the support sleeve 8 and thus the.
Drive of the latter whose speed decreases much more than that of the heavier weight part 15, which then leads due to the inertia compared to the support sleeve 8 for the purpose of automatic start of thread winding: on the empty winding spindle in the manner described and automatic separation of the thread on the tensioning section between the finished Schlauehkötzer and the clamping point a = m counter holder.
If, after a Schlauehkötzers has been produced, the counterholder is moved away from the same, then the thread end B (FIGS. 8, 6) previously held back by the helical spring 3-2 emerges. this out and is located in the sequence free on the outside at the corresponding Kötzerende, in Fig. 6 at the right end of the kötz A.
This thread end that did not get into the thread lap during the winding work can then easily be grasped by hand.
With the help of a helical spring, the helical windings are particularly easy to create.
The counter-holder designed in the sense described can also easily be used on hose coiling machines that work with continuous winding spindles. It is also not necessary for the reel spindles that detach from one another at the work station to be arranged on a support body that can be rotated.
After removing the clamping ring 30, the support sleeve 8 can be removed or. if necessary, be exchanged for a differently designed support sleeve.
According to FIG. 9, the counter-holder has a support sleeve 8, the bore of which is conically widened at the left-hand end in order to be able to directly accommodate the thread winding being manufactured with this widening when the use of the helical spring 32 provided in the embodiment according to the invention is waived.
