Wandelement.
Wandelementes befindlichen Leitungs teilen.
Wall element. It is an unpleasant fact that after the shell of a building has been completed for the laying of the sanitary installations, channels for the distribution lines must be pointed out of the finished wall, which requires considerable work and expense.
This disadvantage is to be lifted by the wall element according to the present invention by the same erfindungsge according to parts of distribution lines, eg. B. those of distribution lines for sanitary installations contains built-in.
The wall element also expediently contains insulating tubes for receiving electrical distribution lines for connecting electrical equipment and possibly also fastening means for attaching equipment and fittings.
An embodiment of a wall element according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing in Fig. 1 in elevation and in Fig. 2 in vertical section. The Wandele element shown in the drawing is as; Part of the partition between the kitchen and bathroom. It is also assumed that the wall elements z. B. from a lightweight concrete mass, z.
B. pumice concrete is made. In the lightweight concrete compound 1, a discharge line 2 with connection end 3 to the toilet drain and a pipe section 2 'with connection end 4 to the pouring stone drain and connection end 4' are embedded, the connection ends protruding beyond the boundary surfaces of the wall element to enable the connection of the built-in ones Line parts with the outside of the.
Wall element located line share. This connection can be used in common, z. B. by means of sleeves, soldering, welding, etc. to a sewer downpipe.
Cold water lines 5, 6 and 7 with connection ends 8 for the bulk stone battery, 9 for the bath battery, 10 for a toilet flush valve and 11 for the toilet battery are also installed, as well as hot water lines 12, 13, 14 and 15 with connection ends 16 for the Sehüttstein battery, 17 for the bath battery and 18 for the toilet battery.
19 is an insulating tube embedded in the wall element for an electrical Lei device, which leads to a breakthrough point 20 for a socket of the electric stove. 21 is a breakthrough point for the pouring stone console. But instead of the breakthrough point, a fastening means for this console could be set in concrete. 22 mean breakthrough points for logs to support the wall.
In order to be able to establish a good connection between the wall element and the other parts of the intermediate wall, the side surfaces of the wall are provided with a groove 23.
The wall element can also be made of reinforced lightweight concrete, lightweight panels, wood, etc. for wooden structures and can be raw or finished surfaces.
In addition to the aforementioned line parts, those for gas, compressed air as well as. Parts of ventilation lines may be installed. The line parts can be made of any material and z. B. have welded joints or those with fittings.
The wall elements are expediently produced in series outside the building, which further reduces the cost of installation.
