Description

Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch das Mess- gerät,
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Me¯gerÏtes,

  Measuring device for internal measurements.

The invention relates to a device for internal measurements. For example, it can be used to measure the diameter of holes, openings and distances between plates.

According to the invention, the measuring device has at least one expandable cone on which a conical thread is arranged, and a feeler body in which one or more feeler elements interacting with the conical thread are arranged displaceably transversely to the cone axis.

In the following description, an exemplary embodiment of such a measuring device together with detailed variants are described. The corresponding figures mean:
1 shows a longitudinal section through the measuring device,
Fig. 2 is a view of the MēgerÏtes,
3 shows a section through the feeler along the plane A-A,
4 shows a representation of a coupling via which the measuring sleeve can be driven,
Fig. 5 is a section through an additional aufsbeekbaren Tastkorper,
6 and 7 show a basic illustration of the design of tactile bodies.

The axis 2 is rotatably mounted in a guide 1. The latter is designed as a threaded cone 3 at the front and guided through a thread 4 in the guide 1 at the rear. Its end, designed as a cone 5 and protruding towards the guide 1, carries the measuring sleeve 7, which is provided with a graduation 6 and which is firmly connected to the axis 2 by means of the screw 8 and the washer 9.

The aufsteekbare BEZW on the guide 1. The attached probe body 10 has three cylindrical probe members 11 radially guided in its bores 12. In order to ensure the rotational position of the feeler body 10 on the guide 1, it is equipped with a groove 14 for which a wedge 15 is provided on the guide 1; the security in the longitudinal direction is achieved by a Ge threaded ring 17 which engages in the probe body 10 by means of a thread 16.

The threaded ring 17 itself is held in the axial direction by the two shoulders 18 and 19.

A device attached to the rear side of the sleeve 7, through which the measuring sleeve can be driven, serves to keep the pressure on the tactile organs always approximately the same; a description of this device follows below.

The attachment of the Tastkorpers 10 on f the guide 1 can also be made by other appropriate means, such as latches. Of course, it is also possible to connect it directly to the guide I or to design the guide 1 itself as a probe body.

The feeler elements 11, the number of which can be as large as desired, are designed at their end 11 ′ facing the cone 3 so that perfect cooperation with the conical thread 3 ′ of the cone 3 is achieved. Three springs 13 (FIG. 3), guided axially in the incision 10 'of the feeler body 10, engage in the holes or slots 22 of the feeler elements 11 in such a way that they are always lightly pressed onto the thread 3'. The same purpose can also be achieved by differently designed springs and their corresponding arrangement.

Depending on the purpose to be achieved, the feeler elements 11 can be cylindrical or square or have any other suitable shape.

The outer end 11 ″ of the tactile element 11 that comes into contact with the object to be measured has a cylindrical bevel. This creates a linear contact between the tactile elements and the measuring surface, and the tactile elements can in this way be exactly perpendicular to each other set the surfaces to be measured. It is clear that the sensing surfaces 11 ″ can also have a different shape; they can, for example, have a spherical design or be given a shape that allows internal threads to be measured. Excessive wear of the touch surfaces 11 ″ can be prevented by chrome plating or the application of hard metal.

The thread 3 ′ cut into the cone 3 can be adapted to the purpose of the measuring device in terms of shape and pitch as well as its conicity. Advantage. A thread is often used, one flank of which runs parallel to the cone axis, while the other is perpendicular to it.

In view of the simplicity of the construction, it will be expedient to equip a measuring device with only one rule 3.

However, two or more cones can also be arranged axially one behind the other, the feeler elements being arranged either so that each cone actuates a separate set of feeler elements, or in such a way that each of the feeler elements is in engagement with each cone. In Fig. 6 and 7, two of these possi opportunities are indicated in principle. It is visible how the cones 45 seated on the axis 48 are respectively in the feeler body 46. 50 guided tactile organs 44 respectively. Press 49.

The remaining parts of such measuring devices can be designed analogously to those in FIG. 1.

The cone 3 is part of the axis 2? educated ; However, it can also form a separate piece, whereby suitable measures must be taken to prevent rotation between the cone and the axis.

The axis 2 mounted in the guide 1 is guided in the former by a thread 4.

This measure ensures that the cone 3 is in the correct position in every measurement position. The nut part of the thread 4 can also be cut into a sleeve which is received by the guide I 1. After adjustment, the sleeve must be firmly connected to the guide l using suitable means.

The measuring sleeve 7 is pressed onto the cone 5 of the axle 2 by means of the screw 8 and d of the washer 9. It is clear that another suitable type of fastening can also be used. The measuring sleeve 7 has a graduation 6 on its circumference, which can be read on a reference line 213 attached to the body 30. In order to still be able to determine fractions of a division unit, a vernier 24 is provided. The entire number of revolutions of the measuring sleeve 7 can be read from the 25 graduation.

Tolerance marks which can be displaced in two directions can be attached to the measuring sleeve 7 for setting a desired tolerance field.

The body 20 is designed as a handle 20 'at its end facing the feeler body 10 and is held in its position by a screw 21 on the guide 1; a different type of fastening can also be selected.

The measuring sleeve 7 respectively. Axis 2 is operated by a device whose. Structure z. B. from Fig. G. 1 can be seen. The screw 8, which has a cylindrical part 8 ′, carries a handle 26 which can be rotated on it, and a handle 27 which, with its bent end 27 ′, engages in a hole in the handle 2i6. The spring adheres to the cylindrical part 8 'as a result of its (inherent) friction.

If the handle 2 is rotated clockwise when viewed from behind, which causes the feeler elements 11 to expand, the spring 27 loosens as a result of the torque to be overcome during the measurement until it is applied to the screw 8 at a maximum torque corresponding to the measurement pressure slides and so the measuring sleeve 7 no longer entrains. When turning in the opposite sense, the spring fun is enlarged. The handle 26 takes the opening and the cutter 7 with it.

Another embodiment of such a device is shown in FIG. A ratchet wheel 32 is firmly connected to the measuring sleeve 7 by a screw 31. A ratchet wheel 33, which slides on the cylindrical part 31 'of the screw 31, is operated by a spring. 30 pressed against the kiln wheel.

By means of a pin 34, which is firmly connected to the handle 28 and engages in a keyway 3 + 3a of the ratchet wheel 33, the latter is carried along when the handle 28 is turned.

A toothing 35 is designed in such a way that when the handle 28 is increased in a clockwise direction (viewed from the rear), it disengages when a maximum torque is reached. however, when turned in the opposite direction, a firm connection between the measuring sleeve 7 and the handle 28 is guaranteed.

The measuring range of the device can be extended by attaching additional probes. Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of such a feeler body in section.

The body 36 contains extensions 38 which correspond in number and position to the Taetorganen 11 present in the feeler body 10 of the measuring device. These extensions 38 are pressed onto the feeler elements 11 by springs 39, the springs being secured by a sleeve 37. A wedge track 42 present in the feeler body 10 receives a pin 43 seated in the body 36 and thereby secures the body 36 against rotation. A nut 41, which is screwed onto a thread 40 attached to the front of the probe body 10, holds the body 36 firmly on the probe body 110; Of course, other appropriate types of attachment are also possible.

For certain purposes, the measuring device can be set up in such a way that the axis 2 and its guidance can be extended by attachable and attachable intermediate supports.

The measuring device described above is used to measure in the following way:
The feeler body 10 is inserted into the bore to be measured, for example, with the Mēkegel 3 being in the end position shown in FIG. The internal dimension of the bore is determined by rotating the measuring sleeve 7 and with it the cone 3 until the d! The feeler elements 11 spread out by the cone lie on the wall of the bore. The measurement result can now be read on the measuring sleeve 7 by means of the graduation shown in FIG.

The measuring sleeve is then turned back again, the feelers can move back and the feeler can be pulled out of the bore again.
