Description

Building made up of components joined together. The invention relates to a structure formed from components joined together.

Buildings consisting of a number of elements abutting one another are known. In a known embodiment, the elements of two opposing arc-shaped parts are gebil det, which are connected to each other by means of dowels, hooks or brackets. The cross-sectional shape of the individual parts is rectangular and their abutting surfaces are alternately designed with tongue and groove. Dowels or hooks are also used to connect parts that are touching one another.

The disadvantages of this embodiment are low insulation due to imperfections occurring in the butt joints of the enclosures, so that if sufficient insulation is important, the subsequent installation of internal formwork or the arrangement of special sealing means is essential, which is essential but has an adverse effect on costs.

Buildings that can be dismantled are also known, the walls and roof parts of which have an inner and an outer formwork. The manufacture takes place in such a way that ready-to-build wall units and roof parts are delivered to the construction site, so that a lot of assembly work has to be done on the construction site, which can only be carried out by skilled workers.

The construction according to the invention differs from the known embodiments in that at least some of the construction elements are designed as frame-shaped parts with a floor and with side parts and a ceiling consisting of an inner and an outer formwork with an intermediate cavity and each have a frame truss at both ends.

There are fer ner means for joining the frame trusses of two abutting components, means for sealing the parting line between two components and means for covering the part of the parting joints extending across the width of the ceiling, so that heat insulation is achieved and dismantling can be carried out without damaging individual parts.

In the drawing, a garage is shown as an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 shows an individual component in a visual representation, Fig. 2 shows the compilation of individual components for the garage, Fig. 3 shows part of the component on a larger scale, whereby, for the purpose of making the structure visible, individual parts are drawn in section,

4 shows a section along the line I-I in FIG. 3 through the connection point of two adjoining components and FIG. 5 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 3, likewise through the connection point between two components. The intermediate components A (Fig. 2) are frame-shaped and consist of a floor part, two wall parts and a ceiling.

All elements have two identical, in Ab stood from each other and placed parallel to each other, each having a lower horizontal bar 1, which is connected to two vertical bars 2 (Fig. 3). The upper end of the truss frame is formed by another bar 3 placed on the vertical bars 2. The connection between the bars 1, 2 and 3 forming the truss frame is seen in such a way that their outer surfaces are flush.

The bottom of the component is formed by a board shuttering 4 nailed to the two beams 1 of the truss frame, on which a waterproof covering 5 made of roofing felt is placed. On the roofing felt 5 a wire mesh 6 comes with a Ze ment coating 7 to lie.

The two truss frame connecting the side walls are each made of an outer and an inner, attached to the beams 2, wooden formwork 8 and respectively. 9 formed from combed, horizontally running boards.

A cladding 10 formed from panels made of an insulating material is attached to the inner surface of the outer wooden formwork 8, while the outer surface carries an outer cladding 11, for example made of light metal sheet, which is formed from individual metal sheets:

The sheet metal panels are fastened to the outer formwork 8 by means of nails which are driven through the edges of two sheet metal sheets placed one on top of the other, whereupon the outer sheet is folded up to form a fold (Fig. 3) for the purpose of covering the nails. As a result of this type of assembly, the nails are therefore neither accessible nor visible. On the inner surface of the inner wooden formwork 9, an inner lining 12 also formed from plates made of an insulating material is screwed on.

The cavity lying between the inner wooden formwork 9 and the inner lining 10 of the outer wooden formwork 8 can, if necessary, be filled with a known filling material.

As Fig. 4 shows, the outer formwork 8 on the one hand is not brought up to the front-side outer surface of the vertical beam 2 of one frame truss, whereas it protrudes over the front-side outer surface of the beam 2 on the other side of the frame truss, so that when two building elements meet, the joint between two beams is covered.

The bars 2 and 3 of the frame trusses are also provided with holes 13, which allow the implementation of bolts 14 serving as connecting means. For the purpose of implementing the bolts 14 through the bores 13 and tightening the nuts 12 assembly openings 15a are saved in the inner formwork and in the inner lining, which are covered by means of a cover 15, suitably made of the same material as the inner lining 12.

The ceiling, which is supported on the bars 3 of the frame binder, has a combed inner formwork 9 with an inner lining 12 on the inside, like the side walls. On the upper side of the inner formwork 9, a panel 16 consisting of plates and intended for insulation purposes is screwed on (FIG. 5).

The upper sides of the beams 3 of the frame truss carry an outer formwork 17 which is provided on the outside with a waterproof gravel adhesive asphalt covering 18 for the purpose of protecting the structural parts of the roof from the effects of the weather. Above each frame truss, an edge strip 19 forms the end of the roof covering 18, which serves as a stop for the leg of a sheet metal strip 20 angularly shaped at right angles to the roof surface.

The free edge of this leg protruding beyond the edge strip 19 is edged, while the second leg of the sheet metal strip 20 is attached to the outer formwork 17 and covered by the covering 18. About the folded parts of the strip, a cover strip 21 is placed after the collision of two components, the two longitudinal edges of which are to see this purpose with a simple fold ver.

To set up the garage on a construction site, it is necessary to set up a foundation 23 to place the components on. After the required number of components, determined by the length of the garage, have been pushed together, they are connected to one another by means of the screw bolts 14 after a tar rope 22 (FIGS. 4 and 5) serving as a sealant has previously been inserted into the joint between two elements.

The assembly openings 15a allow the screw bolts 14 to be pushed through the bores 13 in the two abutting frame and the nuts to be tightened, whereupon the assembly openings 15a are closed by means of the cover 15. In addition, the cover strips 21 are placed on the roof to close the joints.

For the front closure of the garage, a component B (Fig. 2) is used, which differs from the elements A in that its opening is filled with a double-leaf gate 24 and the outer truss frame is provided with an outer casing 25 with external cladding. The construction element C located at the end of the garage differs from the ele ment B only in that, instead of the two goals, it has an end wall in which a window is expediently built.

The design of the building elements A in the form of frame-shaped members with double-shell side walls and double-shell ceiling enables practically complete thermal insulation: When using non-combustible materials for the inner lining of the side walls and ceiling, the required fire safety is also available, as the Floor has a cement covering, the individual components can be factory-made in series, with the various needs with regard to the desired interior dimensions can be taken into account by the produc- tion of a number of types.

Since the components are ready to be delivered to the construction site, only the compilation of the individual elements is vorzuneh men on the latter, which work can be carried out even by unskilled workers in a short time.

If necessary, the garage can be dismantled without damaging any parts and placed in a different location.

The structural elements can also be designed so that the building can be used as a kiosk, storage shed, weekend or hunting lodge. An adaptation of the training of the component to different uses is possible without difficulty by, for example, the cement covering of the floor by an optionally provided wood covering, or by the inner cladding of the inner cladding as vertical wooden cladding, etc. is carried out. The outer skin of the building can also be painted, or the cladding of the outer surfaces can consist of a shingle. Windows can also be used in side walls and partition walls and wall cupboards can be provided.

Line pipes for toilet facilities, kitchen facilities, heating and ventilation can also be provided.
