Description

  

      Füllstift.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Füllstift, z. B. ein Lippenstift.  



  Eine bevorzugte     Ausführungsform    des  Erfindungsgegenstandes, die sich gegenüber  bekannten     Ausführungen    durch die Einfach  heit der Konstruktion und damit durch     billige     Herstellung unterscheidet, ist in der Zeich  nung     dargestellt:          Fig.    1 zeigt einen     Längsschnitt    durch den  Füllstift, und       Fig.    2     stellt    einen Querschnitt nach .der  Linie     II-II    der     Fig.    1 dar.  



  Der als     beispielsweises    Ausführungsbei  spiel     dargestellte    Füllstift     besteht    aus einer  Hülse 1 von sechseckigem     Querschnitt,    an  welcher an ihrem untern Ende     eine    Verstär  kung 2 mit rundem Querschnitt vorhanden  ist, welche zur drehbaren     Lagerung    des Bo  dens 3 dient.

   Mit diesem letzteren ist eine       Gewindespindel    4 durch Löten, Schweissen  oder Nieten fest     verbunden,    so dass sich beim  Drehen des Bodens 3 die Spindel 4 in glei  chem Masse     mitdreht.    Auf der Gewindespin  del 4, die konzentrisch innerhalb der Hülse 1  angeordnet ist,     sitzt    eine     Platte    5, deren Na  benteil mit Gewinde versehen ist, welches in  das Gewinde der Spindel 4 eintritt. Die Platte  5 besitzt denselben     Querschnitt    wie die Hülse  1. Sie ist beim     dargestellten    Ausführungs  beispiel somit sechseckig.

   Beim Drehen des  Bodens 3 und damit der Spindel 4 kann sich  die     Platte    5 zwar in axialer     Richtung    in  bezug auf die Hülse 1 verschieben, ist jedoch  infolge des     unrunden    Hülsenquerschnittes an    einer     Drehung    verhindert. Auf die Hülse 1  ist von oben eine     Abschlusskappe    6 aufsteckbar.  



  Zum Füllen des dargestellten     Gerätes    mit       Stiftmasse,    z. B. mit Lippenpomade oder an  dern Präparaten, wird     Platte    5 in ihre unter  ste Stellung gebracht und die Masse in die  Hülse 1 eingefüllt. Durch Drehen des Bo  dens 3 kann dann das, Präparat ohne weiteres  in gewünschtem Masse aus der Hülse 1 aus  gestossen werden. Der obere Rand 7 der  Hülse 1 ist rund und leicht einwärts einge  bogen.  



  Die Öffnung am obern Ende der Hülse 1  kann, z. B. zur Verwendung von Cremearti  gen Füllmassen, mit einem     siebartigen        Ab-          schluss        versehen    sein.  



  Der beschriebene Füllstift lässt sich als  sogenannter     "Mückenstift"    sowie für Lip  pen- und     Sonnenschutzpomaden    und für  Schminkfarben verwenden.

  The filler pin shown as an example Ausführungsbei game consists of a sleeve 1 of hexagonal cross-section, on which at its lower end a reinforcement 2 is present with a round cross-section, which is used for the rotatable mounting of the Bo dens 3.

   With this latter a threaded spindle 4 is firmly connected by soldering, welding or riveting, so that when the bottom 3 is rotated, the spindle 4 rotates with the same chemical mass. On the threaded spindle del 4, which is arranged concentrically within the sleeve 1, sits a plate 5, the Na bteil is provided with a thread, which enters the thread of the spindle 4. The plate 5 has the same cross section as the sleeve 1. It is thus hexagonal in the illustrated embodiment, for example.

   When the base 3 and thus the spindle 4 are rotated, the plate 5 can move in the axial direction with respect to the sleeve 1, but is prevented from rotating due to the non-circular sleeve cross-section. An end cap 6 can be slipped onto the sleeve 1 from above.



  To fill the device shown with pencil compound, z. B. with lip pomade or other preparations, plate 5 is placed in its under ste position and the mass is poured into the sleeve 1. By turning the Bo dens 3, the preparation can then be pushed out of the sleeve 1 to the desired extent. The upper edge 7 of the sleeve 1 is round and slightly bent inward.



  The opening at the upper end of the sleeve 1 can, for. B. for the use of Cremearti gene filling compounds, be provided with a sieve-like finish.



  The filler pen described can be used as a so-called "mosquito pen" and for lip and sun protection pomades and for make-up colors.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Filler pen, characterized by a sleeve of non-circular cross-section, on which a threaded spindle bearing base is rotatably mounted, with a plate serving to eject the filler pen mass sitting axially displaceable but non-rotatable on the threaded spindle. SUBClaims: 1. Filler pen according to claim, characterized in that the sleeve (1) has a polygonal cross section.

2. Filler pen according to claim, characterized in that the upper edge (7) of the sleeve (1) is circular and drawn inwards. 3. Filling pen according to claim, characterized in that the upper end of the sleeve is provided with a sieve-like closure.
