Description

Bumper device for watch mobile. Bumper devices are known for a watch mobile in which a conical kitten cooperates either with conical surfaces, or with the angles of a mounted rap support, or in the cock, or in the plate to prevent the consequences of shocks that the watch to which the device is applied could undergo.

These devices form complicated and therefore expensive assemblies. The object of the present invention is to create a positive bumper device with an efficiency equal to those we know today, but the cost price of which is considerably reduced due to the fact that it comprises only one small number of parts.

The device which is the object of the present invention comprises a kitten having a frustoconical part and in which the pierced stone is held in place. This kitten is pressed by a spring on the edges of a hole provided in the part of the frame which must support the mobile to be protected, that is to say either in a bridge or in the plate.

Preferably, the kitten will extend -de so as to surround the shank of the mobile to be protected and the kitten will be hollowed out to receive the counter-pivot supporting the effect of the spring holding everything in place.

The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the bumper device for a timepiece mobile according to the present invention. This device is represented in section by the axis of the mobile to be protected.

The cock is designated by 1. Screws 2 fix the cockpit therein â, -in a recess of which is housed a spring 4 formed by a ron delle having -radial internal tabs and which supports the counter-pivot 5 in a recess 6 provided on the upper surface of a frustoconical kitten 7.

The large base of this kitten is surrounded by a peripheral rim 8 by means of which the kitten is supported on the upper edge of the hole 9 provided in the cockle. The pierced stone 10. It forms the bearing of the pivot 11 of the axis 12 of the mobile to be protected. Kitten 7 is long; it surrounds tigero # 13 of shaft 12 with very little play over a certain length and, as this tigeron has very little play in the borehole of said kitten, as soon as, under the action of a shock, the position of the kitten 7 becomes slightly oblique, the edges of its hole rest on the shank and thus protect the pivot.
