Description
Abgasturbolader. Gegenstand vorliegender zusätzlicher Er-. findung ist -eine weitere Ausbildung des im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Abgasturbdladers.
Gemäss dem Hauptpatent sind je zu bei den Seiten eines die Lager .der Laufradwelle aufweisenden Lagergehäuses das Turbinen- gehäuse und das Gebläsegehäuse angeordnet, wobei .das Turbinenlaufrad und,das Gebläse laufrad auf je einem Ende der Laufradwelle fliegend .aufgesetzt sind. Nach einer bevor zugten Ausführungsform ist in das- Gebläse gehäuse ein Leitrad mit Leitschaufeln. für das Gebläselaufrad eingebaut. Das Leitrad kann hierbei auswechselbar sein.
Ferner kön nen die Leitschaufeln verstellbar sein und durch einen Vakuum- oder Druckluftapparat oder über einen Mechanismus entsprechend der Motordrehzahl reguliert werden' Der Zweck dieser Ausführung ist, eine sofort wirkende Erhöhung der Aufladurig beim Übergang von einer niederen auf eine höhere Drehzahl oder bei einer plötzlichen Leistungssteigerung der Bremskraftmaschine zu erreichen, und zwar so;
.dass zunächst keine sofortige Drehzahlerhöhung der Laufräder zu erfolgen hat, um den erhöhten Luftbedarf praktisch ohne Zeitverlust dem Motor zuzu führen.
Gemäss, der vorliegenden zusätzlichen Er findung ist nun: die Anordnung der Leit schaufeln so getroffen, dass zwischen fest angeordneten Leitschaufeln verstellbare Leit schaufeln eingeschaltet sind.
Hierbei kann die Anordnung der feststehenden und der verstellbaren Leitschaufeln zueinander vor- zugsweise so sein, dass die verstellbaren Leit- schaufeln in ihrer maximalen Drosselstellung mit beiden Enden an den feststehenden. Leit schaufeln anliegen, wodurch eine besonders gute Abdichtung erzielt wird.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung veranschau licht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 das Gebläsegehäuse im Radial schnitt durch die Schaufeln, während Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie 9.-9 der Fig. 1 zeigt.
Bei dem vorliegenden Beispiel ist in das Gebläsegehäuse 1 mit Eintrittsöffnung; 21 ein Leitrad 3 für .das Gebläselaufrad 3a einge baut, welches zweckmässigerweise auswechsel bar angeornet ist.
In dem Leitrad 3, über den Umfang des Leitrades gleichmässig verteilt, sind eine An zahl Leitschaufeln 4 (ins vorlegenden Bei spiel acht Stück) fest eingebaut. Zwischen diesen acht festen Schaufeln sind je eine verstellbare Leitschaufel 4a um Aelhsen 5 im Leitrad 3 schwenkbar angeordnet.
Hier bei ist die gegenseitige Anordnung sowie die Ausbildung .der Leitschaufeln 4 und 4a so getroffen, dass die verstellbaren Leit@chau- feln 4a. in ihrer maximalen Drosseletellung mit beiden Enden an benachbarten festen Leitschaufeln 4 einen Anschlag finden.
In der Praxis sind alle verstellbaren. Leit-_ schaufeln 4a mit ein-em gemeinsamen Steuer- Organ z. B. über geeignete L nker 6 mit einem Ring 7 gekuppelt, der auf .dem:
Nabenteil des GebläsQgehäuses 1 drehbar gelagert ist und durch dessen Betätigung die Leitschaufeln 4a auch ,gemeinsam und zwangläufig geöffnet und geschlossen werden.
Die Anschlagstellen der veratellbaxen Lehrschaufeln 4ce an den fersten Leitschau feln bilden die Abdichtstellen; wenn sieh die beweglichen Leitsehaufeln <U>in</U> der -Schliess stellung befinden.

.that initially no immediate increase in the speed of the impellers has to take place in order to supply the increased air requirement to the engine with practically no loss of time.
According to the present additional invention, it is now: the arrangement of the guide vanes is such that adjustable guide vanes are switched on between fixed guide vanes.
The arrangement of the stationary and the adjustable guide vanes to one another can preferably be such that the adjustable guide vanes in their maximum throttling position with both ends on the stationary ones. Guide blades rest, whereby a particularly good seal is achieved.
The accompanying drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject invention, namely shows: Fig. 1 the fan housing in the radial section through the blades, while Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line 9.-9 of FIG.
In the present example is in the fan housing 1 with an inlet opening; 21 builds a stator 3 for the fan impeller 3a, which is conveniently arranged to be exchangeable.
In the stator 3, evenly distributed over the circumference of the stator, a number of guide vanes 4 (in the present example eight pieces) are permanently installed. Between these eight fixed blades, an adjustable guide blade 4a is arranged so that it can pivot about Aelhsen 5 in the guide wheel 3.
In this case, the mutual arrangement and the design of the guide vanes 4 and 4a is made such that the adjustable guide vanes 4a. in their maximum throttle position find a stop with both ends on adjacent fixed guide vanes 4.
In practice all of them are adjustable. Guide vanes 4a with a common control organ z. B. coupled via suitable links 6 with a ring 7, which on .dem:
Hub part of the blower housing 1 is rotatably mounted and, by actuating it, the guide vanes 4a are also, jointly and positively opened and closed.
