Description
Staubabsaugevorrichtung an Gesteinsbohrhämmern.
Dust extraction device on rock drill hammers. The invention relates to a dust suction device on Gesteinsbohrhäm mern, at. which the drill over the borehole is finitely covered with a casing to prevent dust from escaping from the borehole into the environment, the diameter of which is so large that there is sufficient space between the drill and the casing for dust extraction, where a dust outlet mixed air is connected in which a nozzle system is arranged,
which compressed air can be supplied to generate a negative pressure in the casing.
The subject of the invention is shown on the drawing in an exemplary Ausfüh approximately form in section.
The rock drill 1 is provided with a Ver formwork 3, which encloses the drill while leaving a space 3 sufficient for air movement and is provided on the drive side with a seal 4 that does not prevent the movement of the drill .. That borehole 5 is on Entry expanded so that part 6 of the casing can be inserted into the same and the air inlet and outlet can be restricted. The casing 2 has a since union opening 7 to which the suction pipe 8 is connected.
The nozzle 9 is built into this in the middle, the opening of which is directed towards the outlet and to which compressed air can be supplied through the hose 10 by means of the cock 11. can. Adjacent to the nozzle 9 is the nozzle ring 12, the inlet opening of which is larger than the nozzle 9. The nozzle ring 12 is thickened and rounded on the side facing the nozzle and ends in a circular cutting edge on the opposite side in such a way that air is entrained from the suction pipe 8 by the air jet flowing out of the nozzle 9.
In the tube 8, behind the nozzle ring 12, an outer nozzle ring 13 is inserted. Its narrowest opening is larger than the outer diameter of the nozzle ring: 12 at the outlet end, so that further air is entrained from the pipe 8 by the air jet emerging from the nozzle ring 12. The air passing through the aforementioned nozzle system is mixed with the dust created during drilling. Sire is in the attached to the tube 8 Fil tersack 14 and there be freed from dust. At the end of the casing is a sleeve 15, e.g.
B., made of rubber, with which the opening between the penalization and the drilling wall is sealed.
The seal at the point of passage of the drill through the casing can be done by a multi-part seal, which, for. B. is spherical and mounted in the upper part of the casing, so that 'they can adapt to the positions of the hammer drill.
