Description

Fig. 5 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie III-III der Fig. 4.

Support for glass plates, rack boards and the like. To carry glass plates in bathrooms, rack or wall boards and the like, use brackets made of one piece, which are anchored in place with screws. The protruding support part of the console makes assembly more difficult because there is no unhindered access to the screws. For cleaning and repair work, it is useful to remove the consoles with the glass plates, etc., because. the protruding support part complicates the work.

The present invention now relates to a support for glass plates, shelves and the like. The invention is characterized by a support piece suspended from a holding housing and releasably connected to the latter, the latter being provided with a part which sets the holding housing through, which is supported at least on the inner side of the housing.

In the accompanying drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown, and it shows: FIG. 1 is a side view of the first exemplary embodiment, FIG. 2 is a section along the line I-1 of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a section the line II-11 of Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a side view of the second embodiment,

Fig. 5 shows a cross section along the line III-III of Fig. 4. According to F ig. 1 to 3, 1 denotes the wall on which a holding housing 3 is fixedly mounted by means of screws 2. The same is circumferentially provided with bent edges 4 and includes a cavity 5 in itself. The holding housing 3 has a transverse slot 6. In the latter, the folder-shaped handle part 8 provided with a double crank 7 engages at the rear end of the carrier piece 9.

The penetration part 8 is directed upwards, and this part, which penetrates the holding housing, rests on the inside thereof, while the part facing the first bend rests on the outside. It is supported on the inside and outside of the holding case. The carrier piece consists of a sheet metal piece formed by pressing, with a downwardly directed support edge 10, an upwardly directed stop edge 11 and an upwardly directed claw 13. The support edge 1.0 @ tapers in height towards the front.

The rear support edge 12 of the support edge rests against the front side of the holding housing 3. The stop edge 11 is about as high as the object to be placed on the support piece or the glass plate or board. Like the figure \? can be seen, the support edge 10 is on the right of the support piece, the stop edge, however, on the left of the same; so they are offset from one another.

The part 8 is provided with the double bend 7. The free, front end of the support piece 9 has the claw 13 formed by bending, which z. B. partially comprises a glass plate placed on the former and prevents it from sliding forward.

To remove the carrier piece, you simply have to pivot its free end upwards, and thanks to the double crank 7 it rotates between two cranks at point A in the transverse slot 6. After the carrier piece has been brought into a nearly vertical position, the engagement tab can 8 pulled out of the transverse slot 6 of the holding housing 3 and the former thus released.

The insertion of the support piece 9 takes place in the opposite direction. The support piece is releasably connected to the holding housing. Arranging the carrier piece 9 on the holding housing 3 and removing it can be carried out quickly and easily.

After the execution (Fig. 4 and 5) is. the supporting edge is provided on the inner side or the side facing the holding housing with a fastening tab 1 = 1 which runs transversely to the former and is formed by bending. The same is plate-shaped and has a hole in the middle part through which the lower fastening screw 2 'is guided.

The fastening tab 14 and thus the support piece 9 is thus fixed by this fastening screw 2 ', which penetrates the holding housing 3 and engages in the wall 1. As long as the fastening screw 2 'is not removed, the carrier piece 9 cannot be removed or pivoted from the holding housing 3.

The parts otherwise assigned reference symbols have the same meaning as described in the first exemplary embodiment. The lobe-shaped engagement part 8 is only bent at right angles once.

The holding housing 3 can of course also be round, oval, triangular, egg-shaped or otherwise in a suitable shape instead of being rectangular. The holding housing can also be sunk in the wall 1 if it is ensured that there is sufficient free space in the area of movement of the engaging part 8 behind the slot 6.

The support bracket described is particularly suitable for carrying glass plates in toilet rooms, men for rack boards in Räu, for furniture, for flower boxes and the like.

The holding housing 3 and the support piece 9 is formed from a pressed whole, and the individual parts are designed in such a way that they can be produced in the pressing process.
