Bumper device for watchmaking bearing. The invention relates to a pa device,
re-choes for watchmaking bearing in which a drilled stone is centered by a recess in a suspended part resting on the edge of a part of the parai of a cavity of the bearing housing on the internal surface greater than which said <RTI
ID = "0001.0024"> part is centered and held in place by an elastic member, characterized in that the pierced stone rests in the bottom of the cavity by means of a chaton in which is also housed the counter-pivot .
In this way, the two stones of the bearing can form part of a single whole, which this advantageous for the assembly and the refitting. On the other hand, the maintenance of the oil between the drilled stone and the counter-pivot is better assured than without this kitten.
The drawing represents, by way of examples, two embodiments of the device according to the invention. Figs. 1 and 2 are sections of these devices by a plane passing through the axis of the mobile to be protected.
This is a case of an upper bearing of the watch manufacturer.
The cock is designated by 30. It has an opening concentric with the axis of the mobile 31 in which the body is introduced. bearing 32. This is hollowed out with a cavity 33 in the bottom of which is provided a hole 34 for the passage of the pivot 35. The counter-pivot 36 -is crimped in a -chaton 37 which also contains the pierced stone 38.
In general, the counter-pivot will be crimped in the chaton, while the drilled stone is fitted there with gentle friction.
The kitten 37 has a rim whose angle 39 cooperates with a conical recess 40 provided in the bottom of a part 41, having a conical outer surface and suspended from the edge 42 of a battue 43 provided over the entire periphery. of the cavity 33. A spring 44, crimped in the bearing body 32, presses on the suspended part 41 through which the chaton 37 and the two stones it contains are @maintained. in place.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, we find all the elements of which i'1 was question during the -description -of the first figure. They carry the same reference signs. In this bearing, however, the kitten 37 is conical on the outside and cooperates with the lower internal edge of the suspended part 41, the bore of which is cylindrical.
In both embodiments, the radial components of the effect of a shock received by the watch, in which the bearing is mounted, move the chaton 37 and the two stones which it:
contains, against .de the force of the spring 44 which presses on the suspended part 41. When the effect of the shock ceases, the pressure of the spring acting through the suspended part is on the edge 39 from. kitten 37, or by the edge 45 of the suspended part 41 on the cone 46 of the kitten, will bring the two parts in place in their original centered position.
The latter is also ensured by the. cooperation of the edge 42 of the battue 43 and the outer cone of the. hanging piece.
As for the axial components, the counter-pivot transmits them to the kitten. The latter will therefore lift the suspended part that the spring 44 tends to hold in place.
