Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen wasserlöslichen Salzes einer organischen Stickstoffverbindung. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen was serlöslichen Salzes einer organischen Stick stoffverbindung, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man die nach dem Verfah ren gemäss Patentanspruch des Schweiz. Pa- tentes Nr.
253709 aus Triäthylentetramin und Dicyandiamid erhältliche Base in wässeriger Lösung in ihr schwefelsaures Salz überführt und hernach trocknet.
Das neue Salz ist ein wasserlösliches, hel les, nicht hygroskopisches Pulver, das als sol- ehes oder in Form eine wasserlöslichen Kup ferkomplexes befähigt ist, die Echtheit von Färbungen mit Substantiven Farbstoffen zu verbessern.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 50 g der nach dem Beispiel des Schweiz. Patentes Nr.253709 hergestellten Base wer den pulverisier und in 40 g Wasser bei 30 C aufgeschlämmt. 18,5 g Schwefelsäure, d =1,84, werden in 20 em3 Wasser verdünnt und gekühlt. Diese Säure wird unter gutem Rühren in die Aufschlämmung der Base ein getragen. Die Neutralisationstemperatur soll 50 C nicht übersteigen. Sie wird durch Zu gabe von Eis gegebenenfalls herabgesetzt. Nach beendeter Neutralisation wird noch eine Stunde weiter gerührt und das Ganze bei 70 bis 90 C im Vakuum zur Trockne ver dampft.
Man erhält ein wasserlösliches, helles, nicht hygroskopisches Pulver, das als solches oder in Form eines wasserlöslichen Kupfer komplexes befähigt ist, die Echtheit von Fär bungen mit Substantiven Farbstoffen zu ver bessern.
