Description
Procédé d'agglomération de déchets de bois. La présente invention a pour objet un procédé d'agglomération de déchets de bois, tels que sciure ou copeaux par exemple. Les agglomérés obtenus, qui peuvent se présenter sous forme de panneaux, plaques ou sous n'importe quelle autre forme désirée, sont uti lisables comme matériau de construction, d'isolation, de décoration, etc. <I>Exemple:</I> Dans une solution aqueuse d'urée à 50 et alcalinisée, on verse une solution de formaldéhyde à 37%, tout en agitant et en élevant la température du mélange à environ 30 C. Les proportions des deux solutions sont telles que l'on ait 60 p. d'urée pour 162 de formaldéhyde. On imprègne avec la solution obtenue les déchets de bois à agglomérer, pendant quel ques minutes, puis on fait sécher. La matière imprégnée est ensuite moulée sous presse à une température de 150 C environ. Il est évidemment possible de donner au matériau moulé n'importe quelle teinte, en ajoutant à la solution d'imprégnation un co lorant approprié. Il est également possible d'améliorer l'aspect extérieur dudit matériau en incorporant à la masse, lors du moulage, une poudre à base de résine synthétique. Enfin, il peut être avantageux, dans certains cas, de disposer en outre dans la masse :à mouler une armature, par exemple une arma ture métallique (treillis) ou un tissu.
Claims (1)
- REVENDICATION: Procédé d'agglomération de déchets de bois, caractérisé en ce que l'on imprègne des dé chets de bois avec une solution obtenue en mélangeant, en milieu aqueux, de l'urée et de la formaldéhyde, on sèche la masse imprégnée et on moule sous pression. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS 1. Procédé selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que l'on incorpore à la masse sé chée une poudre à base de résine synthétique. 2. Procédé selon la revendication, carac térisé en ce que l'on dispose dans la masse à presser une armature métallique. 3. Procédé selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite armature est en treillis. 4.Procédé selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que l'on dispose dans la masse<B>à</B> presser une armature constituée par un tissu.
