Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer neuen, für die Textilbehandlung geeigneten Substanz. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer neuen, für die Textilbehandlung geeigneten Substanz, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass 2 Mol Cyanursäurechlorid, 1 Mol 4,4'-Diaminostilben-'),2'-disulfonsäure, 2 Mol in-Aminophenol und :
_) Mol Monoäthanol- amin unter Bildung von 4,4'-Bis-(2-m-oxy- anilino - 4 - äthanolamino- 1,3,5-triazyl-[6])- diaminostilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure miteinan der zur Umsetzung gebracht werden.
Die neue Substanz bildet ein braunes, festes Natriumsalz, welches sich in Wasser unter Bildung einer eine blauviolette Fluo reszenz aufweisenden Lösung löst.
Die Reaktionsteilnehmer können in be liebiger Reihenfolge kondensiert werden, doch wird man vorzugsweise die 4,4'-Diami- nostilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure mit dem Cyanur- säurechlorid kondensieren, hierauf das Pro dukt mit dem aromatischen Amin konden sieren und schliesslich Monoäthanolamin im Überschuss zusetzen.
Die neue Substanz wird zur Erhöhung der weissen Farbe von Textilmaterialien und Papier verwendet.
<I>Bei</I> spiel: 8 Teile Ätznatron werden in ein Gemisch von 37 Teilen (0,1 Mol) 4,4'-Diaminostilben- 2,2'-disulfonsäure in 240 Teilen Wasser ein gerührt. Die so erhaltene klare Lösung wird in eine Suspension von Cyanursäurechlorid (erhalten durch Eintragen einer Lösung von 36,8 Teilen (0,2 Mol) Cyanursäurechlorid in 92 Teilen Aceton in 1600 Teile Wasser) inner- ha,lb von 30 Minuten bei einer Temperatur von 20-25' C eingetragen.
Die entstandene Suspension wird während 2 Stunden bei 20 - 25 C gerührt und innerhalb dieser Zeitdauer allmählich mit 80 Teilen einer 10 % igen Natriumhydroxydlösung derart ver setzt, dass das anfallende Gemisch auf Congo- rot.papier nur sehr schwach sauer anspricht. Dann versetzt man mit 21,8 Teilen (0,2 Mol) m-Aminophenol, erhitzt das Gemisch auf 50 C und fügt periodisch Ätznatron hinzu, und zwar dermassen, dass die Suspension auf Deltapapier (d. h.
Papier, welches mit 2,4- Dinitro-benzol-azo -1-naphthol- 3, 6-disulfon- säure imprägniert wurde) ständig neutral reagiert. Die Umsetzung ist dann beendet, wenn die Suspension aufgehört hat, sauer zu werden, was ungefähr 1 Stunde beansprucht. Dann versetzt man mit 24,4 Teilen (0,4 Mol) Monoäthanolamin und erhitzt das Gemisch während 5 Stunden auf 95-100 C. Das Dinatriumsalz wird durch Zugabe von 400 Teilen Natriumchlorid ausgefällt. Es wird abfiltriert und bei 60 C getrocknet.
