Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines lebhaften violetten     Walkfarbstoffes     der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines lebhaf  ten violetten     Walkfarbstoffes    der     Anthra-          chinonreihe,    das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man     1-Amino-4-(2'.4'.6'-trimetliylphenyl-          amino)-antfirachinon-2-sulfonsäure    mit     4-Cy-          clohexyl-l-oxybenzol    in Gegenwart eines säure  bindenden Mittels erhitzt.

   und die entstandene       Farbstof        fbase        sulfoniert.     



       Beispiel:     60 Teile     4-Cyelohexyl-l-oxybenzol    und  i Teile     Natriumearbonat    werden auf 190  C  erhitzt, nach Eintragen von 12 Teilen des Na  t.riumsalzes der     1-Amino-4-(2'.4'.6'-trimethyl-          phenylamino)        -antlirachinon-2-sulfonsäure    wird  während 30 Stunden bei 190  C gerührt. Die  abgekühlte Schmelze wird wie üblich mit. Al  kohol verdünnt und die ausgeschiedene     Parb-          stoffbase    filtriert, gewaschen und getrocknet.  



  Eine Lösung von 5 Teilen der Farbstoff  base in 40 Teilen     Oleum    von     101/o    Gehalt  wird während einer halben Stunde bei 45  C    verrührt. Die übliche Aufarbeitung liefert  einen Farbstoff, der in Wasser mit violetter,  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit roter  Farbe löslich ist. Die schwefelsaure Lösung  schlägt auf Zusatz von Formaldehyd nach  blauviolett um. Die Färbungen auf     Wolle    sind  lebhaft. violett, walk- und lichtecht.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines lebhaften violetten Walkfarbstoffes der Anthrachinon- reihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Amino-4- (2'.4'.6'-trimethylphenylamino) -an thrachinon-2-sulfonsäure mit 4-Cyclohexyl-l- oxybenzol in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels erhitzt und die entstandene Farbstoff base sulfoniert. Der neue Farbstoff. ist in Wasser mit vio letter, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit ro ter Farbe löslich. Die schwefelsaure Lösung schlägt auf Zusatz von Formaldehyd nach blauviolett um.
