Description
Machine-outil. Dans les machines-outils où l'on emploie de l'huile de coupe, notamment dans les décolle teuses, fraiseuses, etc., cette huile s'échauffe au cours du fonctionnement de la machine. Il en résulte des inexactitudes possibles dans les dimensions de la pièce usinée. Il est d'usage de régler la machine de faon que les pièces qui sont usinées au moment où l'huile atteint sa température de régime aient les dimensions requises, mais alors ce sont les pièces fabri quées lors de la mise en service de la machine, par exemple pendant les deux ou trois pre inières heures, qui peuvent être inexactement calibrées. L'invention a pour but de remédier à cet. inconvénient en fournissant une machine-outil qui comprend un réchauffeur pour l'huile de coupe. De préférence, on adjoindra à ce ré chauffeur un thermostat qui interrompt le chauffage quand la température de l'huile atteint, une valeur déterminée. Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention. On s'est borné à montrer les parties nécessaires à la compréhension de l'invention. La fig. 1. est une vue en coupe longitudi nale du réchauffeur d'huile, suivant la ligne A-B de la fil;. 2. La fig. 2 est une vue en bout, suivant la flèche C de la fig. 1. Le réchauffeur d'huile représenté com prend une enveloppe cylindrique 1 dont les bases sont fermées par deux couvercles 2 et 3, maintenus en place par un boulon 4. Un corps de chauffe électrique 5 est formé d'un serpen- tin dirigé suivant l'axe du cylindre 1. Le cou rant de chauffage arrive par un cordon 6 qui pénètre dans le cylindre au travers d'une douille 7 qu'un écrou 8 maintient par l'inter médiaire d'une rondelle 9. L'huile de coupe pénètre dans le cylindre 1 par un orifice 10, et en ressort par un orifice 12 d'où elle est conduite à son endroit d'utili sation. Le débit de l'huile est assez faible pour qu'elle ait le temps de se réchauffer pendant. son passage à travers le cylindre 1. Un thermostat 13 est prévu, qui interrompt le chauffage dès que l'huile a atteint une tem pérature déterminée.

- REVENDICATION Machine-outil., caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un réchauffeur pour l'huile de coupe. SOUS-REVENDICATIONS 1. Machine-outil selon la revendication, ca ractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un thermo stat destiné à interrompre le chauffage quand l'huile atteint une température déterminée. 2. Machine-outil selon la revendication, ca ractérisée en ce que le chauffage est. obtenu au moyen d'un corps clé chauffe électrique bai gnant dans l'huile. 3. Machine-outil selon la revendication, ca ractérisée en ce que le réchauffeur est agencé de façon que l'huile soit chauffée pendant son passage continu à, travers le réchauffeur.
