Accessoire de maquillage. La présente invention se rapporte à un accessoire de maquillage réunissant en un seul objet. un miroir et un bâton de maquil lage.
Cet accessoire est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux parties, l'une constituée par un corps creux s'emboîtant sur l'autre partie constituée par un corps tubulaire portant un bâton de maquillage, ledit corps creux com portant un support articulé pour un miroir, une saillie de l'une des deux pièces, corps tubulaire et support de miroir, servant à maintenir le miroir appliqué ,contre le corps creux, lorsque lesdites deux parties sont em- boîtées.
De préférence, cet accessoire a une forme générale parallélépipédique et l'extrémité extérieure du corps tubulaire peut être mu nie d'une montre.
Le dessin annexé représente, schématique ment et à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exé cution de l'accessoire selon l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective avec coupe partielle d'une première forme d'exé cution, les deux parties de l'accessoire étant séparées l'une de l'autre.
La fia. 2 est aussi une vue en perspective d'une deuxième forme d'exécution, les deux parties étant emboîtées l'une dans l'autre.
L'accessoire de maquillage représenté com prend deux parties; la première est constituée par un corps creux 1 s'emboîtant. sur la se conde partie constituée par un corps tubu laire 2. Le corps tubulaire 2 porte un bâton de maquillage 3. En outre, le corps creux 1 est muni d'un support articulé 5 pour un miroir 6. Le poussoir 4, faisant saillie sur le corps tubulaire 2, sert. à maintenir le miroir 6 appliqué contre le corps creux 1, lorsque les deux parties sont emboîtées. Ce poussoir 4 est susceptible d'être déplacé dans une rai nure 11 pour faire sortir le bâton de maquil lage 3 de son enveloppe 12.
Pour que le miroir soit immédiatement vi sible au moment où l'on déboîte les deux par ties 1 et 2, son support est soumis à l'action d'un ressort tendant à le maintenir écarté de la face correspondante du corps creux 1. Dans les formes d'exécution représentées sur le des sin, ce ressort est formé .d'une tige à torsion 8 servant en même temps d'axe d'articulation au support 5 du miroir 6.
En effet, l'une des extrémités de cette tige à torsion 8 est fixée au corps creux 1 alors que son autre extré mité est rendue solidaire du support 5, le tout de telle manière que l'on doive exercer une pression sur le support 5 pour le rabattre sur la face correspondante du corps creux 1. Une butée est prévue sur le .corps 1 pour dé terminer une position favorable du. miroir 6 par rapport au corps 1 lorsque les deux par ties de l'accessoire ont été :déboîtées.
Comme le montre la fig. 2, cet accessoire, une fois les deux parties emboîtées l'une dans l'autre, a une forme générale para.llélépipédi- que et le support 5 du miroir 6 constitue par tiellement l'une des faces du parallélépipède. Le miroir est fixé à glissière dans ledit sup port 5.
Pour créer un frottement gras lors de l'emboîtage des deux parties l'une dans l'au tre, les faces intérieures du corps creux pré sentent des bossages 9 et 10 destinés à entrer en contact avec les parties du corps tubulaire 2 enveloppant le bâton .de maquillage 3.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la fig. 2, l'extrémité extérieure du corps tubu laire 2 est munie d'une montre 13.
En variante et pour éviter tout déboîtage intempestif des deux parties de l'accessoire, celui-ci peut être muni .de moyens de blocage comprenant un dispositif à cran et encoche, sollicité par ressort. Le cran peut être prévu sur le poussoir 4 et l'encoche dans le support 5. La tige à torsion 8, en tendant à écarter le support 5, maintiendrait ainsi le cran dans l'encoche.
Un certain joli étant prévu entre le support 5 et la face correspondante du corps ,creux 1, i1 suffirait de presser sur le support 5 pour décrocher le cran de l'encoche et pouvoir séparer les deux parties de l'acces soire. Inversement, on pourrait prévoir le cran sur le support 5 et l'encoche sur le pous soir 4.
En variante encore, pour éviter de laisser un certain jeu entre le 'support 5, en position rabattue, et la face .correspondante du corps cerux 1, on pourrait prévoir nu dispositif à ressort sur le poussoir 4.
Dans les deux formes d'exécution repré sentées au dessin, le bâton de maquillage est du type à poussoir. Cependant, il est bien entendu que l'on pourrait utiliser un bâton de maquillage ordinaire sans poussoir, fixé dans le corps tubulaire 2. Une saillie serait alors prévue sur le corps tubulaire 2 pour maintenir le support 5 appliqué sur le .corps 1. Cependant, cette saillie, au lieu d'être pré vue sur le corps tubulaire 2, pourrait être prévue sur le support 5 et une encoche cor respondante pourrait alors être ménagée sur la partie du corps tubulaire 2 venant en re gard du support 5.
Dans une autre forme d'exécution, le sup port 5 -du miroir pourrait glisser sur ,son axe d'articulation 8, ce qui permettrait de l'ou vrir en le faisant glisser de quelques milli- mètres longitudinalement par rapport au corps creux 1 sans déboîter les parties 1 et 2 l'une de l'autre.
De plus, cet accessoire, au lieu d'être de forme parallélépipédique à section carrée, pourrait avoir une section de forme polygo nale quelconque ou même éventuellement une section circulaire ou ovale.
Il va -de soi, d'autre part, que ledit acees- soire peut être muni ou non d'une montre. celle-ci étant montée sur l'une ou sur l'autre des deux parties.
Au lieu d'une montre, on pourrait aussi prévoir un bijou, tel que par exemple une pierre précieuse. On pourrait aussi prévoir à. la place de la montre un récipient contenant. par exemple du parfum solide.
Dans .le cas où l'on utilise le poussoir 4 du bâton de maquillage 3 pour le blocage du support 5 du miroir 6, celui-ci peut former un motif @décorat.if, par exemple une étoile, une coccinelle ou autre.

The makeup accessory shown com takes two parts; the first consists of a hollow body 1 fitting together. on the second part constituted by a tubular body 2. The tubular body 2 carries a makeup stick 3. In addition, the hollow body 1 is provided with an articulated support 5 for a mirror 6. The pusher 4, projecting on the tubular body 2, serves. to maintain the mirror 6 applied against the hollow body 1, when the two parts are fitted. This pusher 4 is capable of being moved in a groove 11 to release the makeup stick 3 from its envelope 12.
So that the mirror is immediately visible when the two parts 1 and 2 are removed, its support is subjected to the action of a spring tending to keep it away from the corresponding face of the hollow body 1. In the embodiments shown on the sin, this spring is formed .d'une torsion rod 8 serving at the same time as an axis of articulation to the support 5 of the mirror 6.

To create a greasy friction when fitting the two parts into one another, the internal faces of the hollow body have bosses 9 and 10 intended to come into contact with the parts of the tubular body 2 enveloping the stick. makeup 3.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the outer end of the tubular body 2 is provided with a watch 13.
As a variant and to avoid any untimely dislocation of the two parts of the accessory, the latter can be provided with locking means comprising a notch and notch device, biased by a spring. The notch can be provided on the pusher 4 and the notch in the support 5. The torsion rod 8, by tending to separate the support 5, would thus maintain the notch in the notch.

In the two embodiments shown in the drawing, the makeup stick is of the push type. However, it is understood that one could use an ordinary makeup stick without a pusher, fixed in the tubular body 2. A projection would then be provided on the tubular body 2 to keep the support 5 applied to the body 1. However , this projection, instead of being provided on the tubular body 2, could be provided on the support 5 and a corresponding notch could then be made on the part of the tubular body 2 coming against the support 5.
In another embodiment, the support 5 of the mirror could slide on its articulation axis 8, which would allow it to be opened by sliding it a few millimeters longitudinally relative to the hollow body 1. without removing parts 1 and 2 from each other.
In addition, this accessory, instead of being of parallelepiped shape with square section, could have a section of any polygo nal shape or even possibly a circular or oval section.
It goes without saying, on the other hand, that said accessory may or may not be fitted with a watch. the latter being mounted on one or the other of the two parts.
Instead of a watch, one could also provide a piece of jewelry, such as for example a precious stone. We could also plan to. instead of the watch a container container. for example solid perfume.
In the case where the pusher 4 of the makeup stick 3 is used for blocking the support 5 of the mirror 6, the latter may form a motif @ décorat.if, for example a star, a ladybug or the like.
