Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     peptidartigen    Derivates der     Lysergsäure-Reihe.       Das vorliegende     Patentbetrifft    ein Verfahren  zur Darstellung von     Dihydro-d-lysergyl-glycyl-          l-leucin-methylester,welches    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     Dihydro-d-lysergsäure-          azid    mit     Glycyl-l-leucin-methylester    konden  siert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  1,0 g     Dihydro-d-lysergsäure-azid    und 1,0 g       Glycyl-I-leucin-methylester    werden     rn@teinan-          der    vermischt und durch Zugabe von 1,0     cm3     Methanol gelöst. Die Lösung lässt man 3 Stun  den bei     40     stehen.  



  Man entfärbt das Reaktionsprodukt durch  kurzes Aufkochen in Aceton mit wenig Aktiv  kohle und Filtration durch eine dünne Talk  schicht. Dann wird an einer Aluminiumoxyd  säule mit Aceton, das     11/o    Methanol enthält,  als Lösungsmittel     chromatographiert.    Man er  hält so 1,1 g     Dihydro-d-ly        sergyl-glycyl-1-leu-          cin-methylester,    der sich aus Aceton oder  Chloroform unter Verdünnen mit Äther um  kristallisieren lässt.

       Smp.    120      (korr.).       Bruttoformel     C25H3404N4          Ber.    C 66,04 H 7,55 N 12,31     1/o          Gef.    65,91 7,65 11,97  [a] D = -97  (c = 0,2 in     Pyridin).
